I have never been consistently disappointed by the lack of customer service at this location . I can’t remember a time where I wasn’t waiting a long time on a line or was even acknowledged in a timely manner. Was so much better years ago. Gone down hill since Walgreens took over

Probably the worst pharmacy around. There are 2 employees that are very nice, but the pharmacist Jinal Shah is probably the worst. Argued that my prescription was too soon to renew and then when I was adamant that it wasn’t he finally looked again and realized it’s been a year since it’s been refilled. Didn’t apologize or anything. Wasted about 20 minutes there waiting and going back and forth. Makes me worry about people getting their proper medications since he doesn’t even know how to read. You literally have ONE job and that’s to read. Switching pharmacies.

Kirah is ABSOLUTELY the kindest, sweetest, pharmacy tech I've met AT a Walgreens in FOREVER!!! Communication skills are OUTSTANDING... The courtesy that has been extended along with the customer service is above and beyond

Whatever "Manager" is on duty at 9:24 on 6/12024 should be let go.. he was in the office with tne mirrored walls laughing and talking while a line formed at tbe 1 register open.. AND didn't respond at all to the "Help needed in eyecare" announcement that played repeatedly... AFTER TWENTY (20) MINUTES waiting in the eye care section I left..
Walgreens.. you can do better than that manager/assistant manager.

The only reason I gave a star was because I had to. They will not let you use the restroom. That’s bad because I have a disability.

Update: hours have been cut back to 10-630 during the week, making it much more difficult to pick up. Drive-through is no longer being used (despite what the billboard says)Been shopping here since it was a rite aid for several years. The staff has been generally good. Since the change to walgreens though, the phone system has become the single most frustrating abomination i've ever dealt with. First, it's bloody impossible to figure out what to say to speak to someone that isn't a robot. If you don't have your RX number (which u probably don't if it's not a pill bottle) you're SOL. Second, if it happens to connect you, u might end up on hold for 10+ minutes with the same "We're sorry, our staff is answering other calls" message occurring every 11 seconds. It's an unusable experience. I would rather go to the dentist than have to refill my prescriptions over the phone with this phone system. Oh, and this is if the phone system kicks in properly.

This place is terrible!! They only have 1 person at the register. You can hear other employees chit chatting behind the mirrored both but no one will help ring. Pharmacy staff is behind window unavailable to help when you can't find something

It seems to be impossible to schedule a COVID test here. I made an appointment online but I didn't get a confirmation email. I tried to call to confirm but I just got the automated system--it was impossible to get a representative on the phone--and it told me to come in anyway. I got there and they said my appointment didn't go through. Avoid this place if you need any sort of medical service.
