This company also calls itself a tool repair shop.My experience with them was terrible.The tool (a router) was returned to me in MANY pieces and without the power cord and I was told that it cannot be repaired.I would think that it would be returned to me in the same condition that it was.

I went there because I needed to hang cabinets on a concrete wall, was in a little pickle as to how I was going to get this accomplished. Took a drive over to Uptite and within a few minutes I was educated on how to do this in not one but two different ways. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Made sure we had everything we needed for the job before we left. I will definitely be going back to this store!

I’ve been buying tools and Fasteners for over 10 years from Up Tight fasteners. What I especially like about the company is that I can just call up and have a tool or box of screws or nails delivered within a few hours it’s a great convenience for me when I’m 10 miles away and can’t get to their shop ,a must for contractors like me. Eddie and his staff are very helpful and friendly I’ve had more than a few tools that needed repair he even came out to the jobsite to pick them up. They’re usually quite good and a quick turnaround and if the tool is not worth fixing they will let me.I referred Up Tight Fasteners to some other contractors and builders that I work with and they especially like his delivery service as well.

Great spot. The owner, Eddie, helped me identify a solution to an issue I was having with an out-of-the-box yet effective solution. Home Depot neither had the parts nor suggestions Uptite Fasteners did. Definitely recommend and will be coming here again.

I have been using Ed V for nearly 6 years, for my screws and washers. He is the most genuine person I have ever met. Always polite and helps me with my needs. I ordered screws and washers today and they will be in tomorrow. That is what I call great service. Thank you Ed.

This place is not upfront and honest. I took three tools here for repair. I was told that I would be charged a bench charge of $35.00 for each tool and that this cost would be applied to repair cost if tool was fixed . One of the tools a air pin nailer wasn't fixed due to they couldn't get the parts, and if I wanted to wait it could be weeks before I would get the nailer back, parts are on backorder from overseas, as I was told. I couldn't wait as I have already waited just over a month at this point. When I went back to pick up the gun, they wouldn't refund me the $35.00 bench charge , as they said I was charged a service charge as they had to take the gun apart, and put it back together with the repair being done. Please note, the Pin Nailer is brand new, was a display model from Lowe's but was missing some of the trigger parts,. I had just spend $340,47 on repair of two tools with this company, and Edward refused to refund me $35.00 for something I had no control over, they couldn't get the parts for the repair and I could wait any longer, as we are moving out of state. No customer service at this place, would never use them again, they are even a three party, they don't even fix the tools on site. I didn't know this until after the repair tickets were made up. Not a good place to do business

Was driving down asbury ave a couple months back I saw the orange and white building. A week later i stopped in to give them a shot. Was surprised with their selection and there outstanding pricing and they even offer free delivery.With asbury's lower tax and their great pricing, its hard not to buy from them. haven't used them for that long so i can only give a four star but would recommend you give them a shot

Next time use the Hardware store in Asbury park. They are very professional, they know there stuff when it comes to just about everything and the experienced owners do everything they can to carry superior products. Also they have everything i've never left there disappointed!!
