Went here today to get a key made. I was greeted at the door by a very nice man and he asked if I needed help. The key was made quickly for a very reasonable price. Wow. This place was impressive! Thank you so much!

Classic hardware store experience before the big box stores came around. I essentially had a personal shopper. I needed a variety of things and the person helping me showed me around and knew the back stock off the top of their head. Can’t beat it. Prices reasonable too

Went this morning to get a key copy. The Hispanic guy helped me out quickly. After going home to double check the copied key, for some odd reason they both didn’t work. Went back and some older guy with a long beard at the front tried to help and explained to him the issue. He told me he was going to double check the keys. Then proceeds to tell me the machine does not seem to be wrong on the cut. Asked him to help me better understand as to why the copy key wouldn’t work. He was being a bit passive aggressive and sounded annoyed at the questions I asked him. Did nothing to help resolve the situation nor an apology for a misunderstanding. Clearly has no communication of customer service. Don’t get your keys cut here cause at least he won’t try to help.

Amazing helpful staff,you can be in and out in under 3 minutes flat.competitive prices, great quality, Benjamin moore paint, the guys here know what's what and have always been helpful and kind to me, my dad and my great grandfather. Asbury needs this business,and the owner is so thankful to every customer who walks through the door, no matter who you are.
