If I could give a zero star I would. I spent $1000 for a table repair. Upon receiving the table I noticed the poor workman ship. I reached out to the company and to my surprise I was greeted with unprofessionalism. I was even cursed at told I can do what every I wanted. Please stay away from this company and spend your hard earned money with a more reputable company.

Super Chrome Metal Plating did an excellent job powder coating an old rusted wrought iron lattice piece. I incorporated this into a privacy screen for my deck. Robert was very nice and accommodating to my request and turn-around time was only a week.

THOROUGHLY SATISFIED and ECSTATIC with what Carlton Cooke - Super Chrome did for me ... I have a wrought iron out door furniture set that is 54 years old and needed to be dipped, stripped and powder coated ... NOT ONLY where they EXTREMELY accommodating, but they were fast, efficient and did an AWESOME JOB ... I have never been happier with my 54 year old new wrought iron outdoor set ... they even custom mixed a UV Resistant Satin-Semi-Gloss powder coat ... I now have a brand new set of 54 year old wrought iron furniture that can never be replaced.HIGHLY RECOMMEND Carlton Cooke - Super Chrome!

I used them a number of times prior to the pandemic... I brought him car parts to chrome as well as bumpers for a 50 Olds. The owner was a great guy, did a great job and even delivered them to the city. There are not a ton of good people to deal with these days... this is one.

I had the grille for my 1960 ford f100 chrome replated and wow... The finished product exceeded my expectations. When I take the truck out for a jaunt, the reflection of the grille will blind oncoming traffic! Absolutely the best work and highly recommend them

They chrome plated my 72 lemans bumper. They had to remove a few dents and it looks GREAT!!! I was nervous because I never dealt with them before, everyone there was very friendly and professional. I will go back for sure. Looks like new!

Super chrome triple plated chrome hood inserts for my '68 Cuda. I dealt with Joe Santolla and he was excellent. The price was fair and they repaired two holes in the metal at no extra charge. They came out nice. I recommend Super Chrome to all my fellow car guys.

To date the experience I had dealing with Robert at Superchrome was the worst I have ever had. The story is long and complex. It took over 1.5 years from start to finish to unsuccessfully wrap up. I had a series of 24 small pieces of boat chrome that needed plating and some repair done. I had included pictures and descriptions of work needed for every piece. I sent these easily understood instructions both in email and included them with the parts I sent. After approximately 6 months I received most of the pieces I had sent. There was no communication or notification that the items were sent. I discovered my instructions had been ignored and holes had been drilled in items I had not wanted and welding slag fouling a handful of parts. Countersunk areas were nearly filled in with chrome. I had to return most of the pieces at my expense to be reworked. This process of making mistakes was repeated by him 4 separate times. I was charged $1,700 dollars as well as an additional 4 shipping charges. I confronted him several times and found him to be extremely hostile and put off to making good on the transaction. In the end I was stuck with a piece they damaged. At several points they also lost multiple pieces in my order to find and ship them out later. It is next to impossible to find replacement parts on this. I felt like a hostage dealing with him. I was shocked that they kept messing things up and tried to get out of it at every opportunity. Robert is not only untrustworthy but is thuggish. It took me some time to write this review due to the extreme displeasure of dealing with him. I am posting this review as a warning to others with important projects to seek other platers. Avoid this business at all costs.
