Everything was above and beyond.
Rich took the time to explain every detail of the process for repairing the car.
He had it on time, and the result was.... like having a new car.

My family member's vehicle was stored here because of a violation. When I tried to get the VIN number to insure the vehicle. The older woman behind the counter gave us the incorrect Vin # three times. On the 4th try. She finally gave me the correct number. Now the place was closing which caused us to pay an extra day. When we arrived the next day. She started giggling and began to say. I see you got the vehicle insured. Not in a timely manner no thanks to her. These people were so pleasant when I brought my buisiness here 1 year ago. That same woman who gave me incorrect VIN #'s was consistently unprofessional and incompetent even at that time. I recieved a call to pick up my vehicle. When I got their no one knew who called me or where my car was. The final bill was not complete. 1 yr later I was standing by the hatch which was repaired by rich auto leaned against the door and it dented again like cardboard. Shabby and cheap materials used to repair my vehicle. All this company want is money. I give them one star for being beings masters in deception.

I have never been to an auto body shop before and had no idea where to go. All roads led me to Rich’s Auto Body Shop and I’m so happy they did! Rich was SO super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. He kept me updated when my Jeep was in the shop and it came out so good!

After the accident I didn't think they could make my truck look like new again but I was pleasantly surprised at the results. My truck looked the way it did when I first bought it.

If you want you vehicle to look like it did before your accident do not bring it here! They also quadrupled the repair estimate and robbed the insurance company in my opinion.
