The Provia Windows are triple pane and very energy efficient. The capping around the windows is fair quality at best. Customer service is choppy. They get back to you when its convenient. Prices are decent for NJ.

The install went very smoothly and the sale process was very pleasant, however after the glass was installed and we started using the showers, we noticed waxy scribbles on the glass when the room fogged. They appear to be imbedded in the glass and not on the surface. I spoke to Bonnie several times, and other than suggesting I use denatured alcohol on the glass which did not work, (because the marks seem to be imbedded into the glass) no help was offered. It has been several years since the install now...it was done in 2017 and every time I take a shower and the marks appear I get frustrated.

I have been dealing with Monmouth Glass for over 40 years. Always happy with the results, including a current shower door installation that turned out perfectly. And you can't beat their prices! The men were polite, very experienced and cleaned up after themselves.

I am so glad that I found Monmouth Glass co. for purchase and installation of my neo-angle semi frameless shower door. The same team that did my free estimate came back for the install. His name is Edwardo and his helper. He was very demanding of exact measurements and perfection of his workmanship and the final product bore that out. It came out level and looks great. Bonnie was wonderful as well and answered every question I had regarding where the unit was made and the warranty that comes with it. I would recommend Monmouth Glass to anyone needing a new shower.

I repair windows. They are always very knowledgeable and helpful. They have every type of glass I need for the job. Very easy to work with and nice. You can’t ask for better custom service than Cheryl and Bonnie.

We requested an estimate to replace our shower surround two months ago and still have not heard from them. Also brought in a mirrored dresser drawer that was cracked. Their estimate was more than the cost of the dresser, and was approximately 4x6 inches. They could not bevel the glass to match the rest of the dresser. Refused to replace the glass in our corner cabinet. Will not use.

I could’ve gotten a bit of a cheaper price but i went local and tried and true. Ive cheaped out before only to regret it. Things you learn in do time. They did a great job installing new glass and even went the length and retaped my coming soon sign onto the jew glass. One less thing i had to do that i was expecting to do. Great job. 5 stars!!

Had a terrible experience with this company. Two workers walked into my house when asked to wait outside (they were two hours early.) I walked into another room and asked them to please wait by the door. When I came back 2 minutes later they had come into my house, walked through my living room into my kitchen. They opened the wrong window that needed repair, and , because the windows get a little stuck in the humidity, they jammed the window opened and ripped the wood off causing terrible damage. I was in shock that they walked through my house when asked to wait by front door. I was furious, I had just painted that window! I had a back and forth with the company But to no avail. I sent pictures of the damage but they did nothing!
