“Wonderful experience all around. No appointment, I just walked in on a Sunday an hour before closing and was lucky to receive service from Chris. He gave me a warm welcome, analyzed what I needed, and delivered an amazing experience. Had me in and out within 25-30 minutes (upgrading phone). Not only that, I ended up leaving my phone bag there, so the next day I called in asking about it. Steve picked up my call instantaneously and was able to locate it. “I had posted a negative review of this store recently which I am retracting. I returned to the store today and spoke to one of the reps personally who took the time to explain why the additional charges on my bill were listed the way they were. I thought the billing process for a new phone was somewhat convoluted but he assured me they were onetime charges and my bill should revert to what it was previously at the next billing cycle. I will wait and see.”
