Everyone, please be careful shopping at this store! They are giving inaccurate information to make a sale, and the owner operates in a shady way! My family made a purchase a few days ago and decided to return the device within 14 days of purchase because it was not operating appropriately. While at the store, we discovered that we were charged for accessories that were supposedly free. All we wanted was a refund or assistance to open a case with the company, and they refused to provide the help! Everyone! Please be careful! DO NOT SHOP at this location! They do not care about helping the customers. The owner only cares about making a sale! They scream at you and mislead you instead of offering support!

Very nice looking store, the sales girl Refused to open a plan I wanted and saw online. Made 4 or 5 different excuses, then a ridiculous fee if using my credit/ debit card. Nevertheless I did still switch, but NEVER in any stretch of the word would I recommend that store

I went to upgrade my daughter's phone and it was a terrible experience... they had very few phones in stock andThe staff was not helpful nor did they explain what I was being charged for once I had picked out a phone ...im not usually a complainer but this was not a positive experience however idk what I was expecting I have NEVER had a positive experience at a metro.

Don't ever go to this store they pass the blame to somebody else. Very poor customer service. 5g don't work at all. Stay away from metro pcs. Trust me.

Paid for a family plan & my moto6 cellphone constantly keeps malfunctioning & headaches nobody answers the store phone during the day dodging calls from customers ?Hmmm phishy? When I come in here tomorrow.Eventually, I will be purchasing a new cellphone but I'm not certain as to yet!?????!
