Tim Keane’s cycling class is the best class of any kind that I’ve ever participated in at any gym. Very high energy and guaranteed to break a sweat. I love being able to go to his class and KNOW that I’m gonna get an incredible work out done. Thanks Tim!!!
“If you build it, they will come” could have been written for Jersey Strong Ocean. The Jersey shore towns in the Ocean area simply could not wait for WoW Ocean to open its doors in the former Seaview Square Mall shopping center in 2005. This club opened with 3,000 members and hundreds of them waited outside for us to open the club at MIDNIGHT. This always-busy WoW location still provides thousands of workouts to many of the fittest bodies at the beach. It is centrally located between RT 18, RT 66 and RT 35.
