very good gym, clean, good equipment as well as quantity of equipment. A few downsides as sometimes it gets hot which is not ideal when working out and secondly there is no station to fill up your water bottle at which is one of my biggest complaints. other than that would recommend

The sign up and introduction process was very smooth and Bob was very helpful. The gym is really nice and my first few classes have been great experiences.
“If you build it, they will come” could have been written for Jersey Strong Ocean. The Jersey shore towns in the Ocean area simply could not wait for WoW Ocean to open its doors in the former Seaview Square Mall shopping center in 2005. This club opened with 3,000 members and hundreds of them waited outside for us to open the club at MIDNIGHT. This always-busy WoW location still provides thousands of workouts to many of the fittest bodies at the beach. It is centrally located between RT 18, RT 66 and RT 35.
