917 3rd Ave, Asbury Park“Coaches do a great job of making classes accessible to people who are new to CrossFit while keeping it challenging and interesting for experienced members. Joining this gym/community has been the best decision I’ve made since relocating to the area recently.”

175 Monmouth Rd Unit 15, West Long Branch“This gym is really dope. It has everything you need. The staff is very helpful and if your too shy to ask for help, most of the machines have QR codes that show you how to perform the exercise. The gym is also open 24/7 which can be very convenient for people with busy schedules. If your thinking about going to the gym, Burn n Blast should be your spot!”

1710 NJ-35, Oakhurst“The Max Challenge has been great for helping me to reestablish the exercise habit after significant medical issues and injuries had me sidelined. Michael, the evening instructor is a GEM! So sweet, upbeat and able to give modifications for every single exercise. He kept checking in on how I was feeling and we realized I needed to stay standing in order to accommodate post-concussion syndrome, so for every exercise, he gives me a standing version.I also really like the 45 minute class time- it’s the Goldilocks time- not too short and not too long!Just be aware that the positive vibe that is one of the Max hallmarks can include lots of high fives and sometimes I wish there was a cynical, sarcastic, “no-touching “ corner for us introverts! But it does come across as very sincere and they do follow up with text reminders to make sure you don’t give up which is helpful!”
“Our Team Fitness has been with me through thick and thin. If you are looking for a gym that supports you in everything you do OTF is for you. Love this gym and the staff ?”

702 8th Ave, Belmar“The atmosphere at Crossfit Speakeasy allows anyone to simply go and workout. The coaches care about your experience and the people are friendly. After about 6 months working out here my entire perspective has changed around health, fitness, and overall wellness. I’m grateful to be a member of this gym.”

776 Shrewsbury Ave, Tinton Falls“I joined Critical Mass January 2021, right after moving to the county, with Ken as my trainer. Went out on a medical leave and then came back at some point in March or April 2021. After doing countless one on one sessions Ken convinced me to come to class during one of the CM challenges. I never did a class and was convinced it wasn't for me for the longest time, till Ken convinced me to try class. Have been going to class ever since AND continuing to do one on one with Ken. I have had 2 trainers prior to Ken and NEVER saw as much progress as I have with Ken. Completed me second, MassFest, a lifting competition for many gym members to earn PRs, cheer on peers, and truly think the group of people are inspiring to watch and makes me want to continue to do better. As for Ken, he not only inspires you but knows your strength more than you do, and pushes you to reach beyond your full potential. I have never felt stronger in my life then at this point, and this is after being athletic in high school. Ken and Critical Mass are the sole reason for that. If you are debating on a gym or debating on a trainer, search no farther than Critical Mass and Ken”
“I LOVE the variety of the workouts at Platform. Class is always different and never boring. Coach Ryan and Coach Nikki challenge and motivate me to do my best. They also care deeply and will modify movement if you are unable. The facility is clean with ample parking. The other members are friendly and fun!”
“I am 64 years old and have been going to the Lift Gym for a month now.Friends and family have noticed a difference in my upper body. You can go to your huge gym with no guidance and do what you “think” you are doing correctly and get little to no results.ORYou can go to a gym where your exercises are guided and targeted to get results! My time is my most precious commodity. I don’t want to waste it doing exercises that provide little to no results.”

"Found a gold ring" Sunday evening anyone lost 1 what kind? No 1 at front desk & dont see lost & found. Will drop off at front desk when staff there.”
“Great service great team and one of the best workout experiences I’ve ever had. The OTF team is great and the workout routines are always changing. They find different ways to keep exercise interesting and fun. By far the most enjoyable fitness experience I’ve ever had; coaches are there to help and assist with questions and form if you are unsure as to how to preform an exercise. I never feel pressured to keep up with others as they say to listen to your body and go at your own pace.”
“Machines are clean and no issues, place is never packed. The pool is nice. Only reason its not 5 star cause its a little expensive and you still have to pay for separate sauna and jacouzee. The good thing is your membership includes classes. Great place.”
“BTS isn't just another place to work out or lift weights. Yes, it offers classes that focus on strength and others that focus on agility or mobility. Yes, it has CrossFit routines and HIIT classes. But can't you get that anywhere? Probably. What you cannot get anywhere, though, are the owners and coaches at BTS, who make this gym special. Each coach has a different approach to instruction, but each brings professionalism, care, and fun to a class - even ones where you might hate the movements. Whether is was a small ask like changing the Spotify playlist or a more serious request like guidance on exercise modifications due to injury, each coach is happy to oblige. And I think you'll be hard pressed to find another gym where so many members look forward to seeing each other both at the gym and then outside of it for a hockey game, a Christmas party, or bar crawl. I'm not sure how they've done it, but BTS has created a devoted following of members who come for the fitness, but stay for the family. Thank you for creating such a welcoming place for everyone to work on their fitness!”

“I was in town for a weekend wedding & came across Synergy when I did a search for hot studios. I took a 60 & 75 min hot 26 with Cara. She's a fantastic teacher & adept at adjusting the class depending on the knowledge level of the students. Nikki, who was at the front desk, was so nice & helpful. I didn't get a chance to take her class, but it sounds like a great option for an intense workout.Mats & towels are included; Clean showers (w/ shower sandals!); women owned w/ friendly & knowledgeable staff - this is a convenient studio for locals & visitors.”

13 Fairview Ave, Little Silver“Foundry has a highly motivating atmosphere with knowledgeable coaches and friendly inspiring athletes. I look forward to walking through the doors at 5am and always leave there feeling amazing! Not to mention the benefits of the sauna ? I highly recommend it if you are looking for an amazing gym experience!”

749 Hope Rd Ste A, Eatontown“I joined the pit as a member in 2019 when it first opened. The gym is well run, organized, and clean. They’re always upgrading equipment and has a very friendly community. I’ve been in strength sports for 10+ years and this gym has everything you need for strongman, powerlifting, or olympic weightlifting. It also has a very welcoming environment to general population and the average gym goer. 100% would recommend to anyone in the Monmouth County area.”
“All the employees there are very helpful, and very nice.. the gym and the bathroom facilities are always clean, and the equipment is more than adequate and well maintained.”

187 Parker Ave, Manasquan“One of the best parts of our annual trip to the Jersey shore is being able to drop in at JSA Crossfit. Welcoming gym, tough but doable workouts and some fantastic people.
Coach Kyle is the best. See you next year!”
“really enjoy working out at Retro Fitness in Lincroft. The staff is friendly and helpful, there is a great variety of equipment, and there is a high level of equipment availability at the time I usually go (early morning). My only suggestion is to leave a little more space between machines. For bigger guys like me, squeezing through to use some machines can be a bit difficult. Overall, however, I always leave feeling I had a great workout experience and am ready to start my day feeling great physically and mentally!”
“I go here for the pool only as the water is the only thing my joints can tolerate. Love the pool and the fact it is saline. I love going and feel good when I'm done. I'm making progress. I wish they had a larger pool, but I understand the facility is small. The front ambassadors are very friendly as well as the other staff members I see. However, I don't find their marketing manager to be friendly or helpful in the registration process. In a place like this, you'd expect your sales manager to be personable and approachable and she lacks those qualities both on the phone and in person. Sorry.”

134 Broad St, Red Bank“Attended my first introductory private group class at PilatesBlast last night and to say I enjoyed it would be an understatement. It was such an incredible full body workout that left me feeling energetic and amazing! The instructors were so patient, helpful, and motivating. Thank you, PilatesBlast!”
“JSFS is the gym I was looking for but didn't even know it. After cycling through other chain gyms in the area, this place was recommended by a friend and I never looked back. Versatile range of equipment, excellent staff, clean, rarely crowded, and never a problem - not once in 5+ years of membership. Even the other members know what a gem it is and treat it as such. Ownership here is hands on and makes you feel welcome.”
“This PF Location does the best with the amount of space that they have to work with, and when you consider the amount of space/area that they are in, this PF Location is quite organized and clean.
I work out at an advanced level, and all things considered, I was still able to get an adequate workout.”

10 Pearl St, Long Branch“I have been weight lifting for about a year and a half now, and I have definitely experienced a multitude of different gyms. Pearl Street Gym is the only gym that I feel completely comfortable in as a woman. Not only is the environment incredible, but the vintage-style bodybuilding gym features images of BOTH male and female weight lifters. On top of the environment, the gym is full of supportive individuals who never seem to judge anyone, but are willing to push you if you ask for it. The gym itself is extremely nice and features a plethora of varied equipment. To top it all off, Rob will occasionally bring his dog in, who is the cutest giant sweetheart ever.”
“I am not a crazy, dedicated athlete. I have always struggled with my weight. I rarely worked out and when i did, i thought it was all about lifting weights and sweating! I was a busy, working mom just trying to not feel so run down. I met Jon about 20 years ago when he was a trainer at a local gym. He was never about crazy cardio and “no pain no gain”. He was about function and proper alignment and technique. Id love to say that i stuck with him- i moved on, thought i could do just as well by myself- i was busy, after all! I always ended up back.Im now 54, having suffered a serious injury and i can honestly say that without Jons guidance and training, i would have ended up with surgery and likely not walking without pain. My core is strong and with Jon’s exercises, i can feel the difference EVERY DAY.This is not a magical pill but dedication to wanting to feel better and be better. I have a lot of life left and with Jon, I can make it healthy and strong- not weak and deflated! Thankyou Jon for all that you have done, i truly appreciate you!”

233 E Main St #8, Manasquan“cannot recommend tandem cycle enough!!! all of the instructors/staff have a warm and welcoming vibe and all bring such motivating, high energy to every class. nothing beats the sweat you break during spin. each instructor adds their own style (and incredible playlists) to their classes which help you push through. a perfect, judge free environment to help feel your best!!”
“One of our athletes from here in Albemarle NC recently visited and so enjoyed her experience! It can sometimes be so intimidating to step foot into a gym that you're unfamiliar with. From one affiliate owner to another, thank you guys for being so welcoming and kind! Keep up the great work :)”
“This gym is amazing, the coaches are extremely knowledgeable, it's a little hard to find but worth the walk down the driveway. Their kids training programs are fantastic for all, especially athletes. Highly recommend bringing your kids here to train!!!! Manasquan locals can ride bikes ?”
“I LOVE THIS GYM!I have found an amazing supportive community here, we encourage and elevate one another every day. Rob is a tremendous coach, tailoring the work to each of our abilities and quirks. I go every day it’s open, i could not survive without my daily mood boost and therapy sessions:D-ha! The workouts are efficient and scalable, absolutely anyone can do them. If you are looking for what you’ve been missing, i invite you to check it out. You may find yourself addicted to the love, with your super strength and fitness just an added bonus.”
“Joe was so professional and kind. I literally fell asleep during my massage and that was the first time that ever happened. I love going to Kur and always have wonderful experiences there.”
