“Although I didn’t end up getting my dress here, I highly recommend Abigail’s to anyone in the bridal shopping process. You’ll get the luxury of having a private shop to yourself, but you can still browse and pull your own dresses. The stylists were so warm and helpful and were great at understanding my likes and dislikes. I also didn’t feel like they were being pushy or too sales oriented at all. If I lived local I would probably have returned for a second shopping visit, but my decision came down to time and needing to stick with a store local to me in New England. Highly recommend this store if you are in NJ!”

“Gina is amazing and I give her 5 stars alone. Like most brides who got married in the craziness of COVID, I had a challenging request having alterations done in a less than 2 month window of time due to having to move our wedding date. Most places wouldn't have been able to do that, but Zatsarina's really came through. My first fitting was on August 24th with a second scheduled for September 18th and finally a pickup for October 4th. Gina was so efficient and diligent explaining what needed to be done (take in the shoulder straps, hem, bustle, etc). My first visit was thorough and she explained everything perfectly. All of the alterations would come to $800 (as I had bought off the rack at another boutique). When I came in for my fitting everything was looking great and only a few minor tweaks needed to be made. All in all, a great experience. There was a bit of a hiccup at the end when it wasn't fully ready for my pickup and still needed to be steamed. They made it work and were able to finish it while I waited. I didn't entirely like dealing with her husband but Gina was EXCEPTIONAL. She suggested a video on how to bustle which was super helpful for later. As I mentioned, I had a difficult request with such a quick turnaround time, but I'm so grateful for how everything turned out and how Gina was willing to help and deliver such high quality service.”

“I popped into The Barefoot Bride on a whim today. The last time I was in the shop was almost a year ago. I walked in and said “I don’t know if you remember me” and before I could continue Lisa said “YES! Halter dress, surprise wedding!” That alone reminded me why I loved this place.My fiancé and I had a surprise wedding. Our friends and family thought they were dressed up for a fancy surprise 40th birthday party I was throwing for him.I came into the shop today to share a video of the surprise with Mayra (owner), Lisa (assistant) and Alla (seamstress). They were my honorary sisters and Moms during my appointments. Since it was a surprise, I couldn’t bring anyone with me. Alla is a master of her craft. My dress fit perfectly.This was the only place I shopped for a dress. They had a wide variety and affordable prices. They were kind, down to earth people, had quality product and wonderful service. I wasn’t just a sale to them and that’s what makes this small business stand out.”

“I must inform you of the wonderful experience that my daughter and I had in choosing wedding invitations. My daughter's wedding was on and off for several months and then we finally received notice that it was going forward. I am sure you can just imagine the panic I felt when I realized invitations were going to be late.Cathy was very patient and explained every detail thoroughly. At times, I would ask the same question and she would calmly explain again until I understood. I was always able to reach her via phone or email with any concerns and she always responded quickly and was always helpful.Then came the printing of the envelopes. Time was of the essence. MaryLou came through for us. She was able to have them printed, called me the same day, andI picked them up and started to stuff the envelopes and we mailed them out within a day.Papery is extremely fortunate to have Cathy and MaryLou as their employees. They are dedicated and passionate about their jobs and I am sure they have helped other customers as they did me and my daughter.”

She was so kind, friendly, and comforting. She helped offer great suggestions, and advice on how to best achieve my look. When it came time to my final fitting, she was so accommodating, and helpful.
