The owner purposefully tried to tank this hotel while he waited approval for section 8 housing. It wasn't approved and now he's trying to make it work. This place is so overpriced for how outdated it is.

Really expensive and not worth the money!! The reservation person nasty on the phone. Plus it was 75 dollars to valet park!!

i love this place. hospitality 10/10. Phil and Greg were amazing!! give them a RAISE!!! the most professional yet so kind and personal-able. Would definitely recommend. They are so good at their job and made us feel so welcomed. Definitely reflected this establishment so so well!!! 10/10 recommend!!!

If I could give it ZERO STARS I WOULD! Absolutely the WORST hotel we’ve ever stayed at! Where to start…we only stayed here because it was booked for a block of rooms for a wedding. They reached out to the bride and groom the WEEK OF and said “oh sorry the owner is coming in that weekend and you can’t have the penthouse you booked. Mini misunderstanding”…what kind of business is that?! Additionally our first room smelled like mold and then some and we needed to move to a new room. Our new room was just ok until we realized the mattress literally looked like someone was murdered on it! Just an absolute abomination of a hotel and I would never in a million years stay here again.

Enjoyed a very pleasant stay. Very clean and accommodating hotel in a convenient location in Asbury Park. The staff was very friendly and treated me with the utmost respect during my stay here. Especially Dan at the front desk who went out of it his way to make sure I had the best experience. Would 100% come back again and would recommend to anybody.

Services and amenities offered did not match the price per night. The price purely reflected proximity to the beach.
The room: clean, but outlets nowhere near the desk and were occupied with fixtures. For the volume of events/weddings that are likely held at this venue the property could benefit from hooks or closet rods set at heights that can accommodate formal attire.
The pool: I used the pool once and sat on the furthest side because the volume of the music played was so loud. I stayed for less than an hour because I couldn't tolerate the volume anymore.
The fitness center: They had one (poorly maintained) treadmill and a lot of dated/neglected equipment. No dumbbells but instead had a few single weighted sandbell sandbags. The room was carpeted leaving a musty smell and the window was covered in dead bugs.
Positives: The proximity of this hotel to the beach is great. A short walk across the street and you're on the boardwalk.
The staff was very polite and friendly.
The cafe onsite was delicious and the iced coffee was great.

It's a terrible hotel that doesn't live up to its price. It's old and not clean. Be prepared that the deposit will not be returned to you, they ignore and do not want to return the money, it has been 3 months since they cannot do it??

I went away with my sisters and niece for the weekend. We had an amazing experience here. The room was clean. We had ocean view. The pool area was nice and also clean. We enjoyed listening to the DJ. We had food and drinks at the pool, in Azure their restaurant and at the cafe for breakfast. We enjoyed our meals and drinks. There’s so much to do out of the hotel. Laura the GM was so attentive and she kept checking in to make sure we had a great stay. We will definitely be back!
Rooms: Our room for 4 was spacious, clean, ocean view. The beds and couch were comfortable. I liked the retro/clean lines vibe.
Nearby activities: The stone Pony, Wonder bar to see bands. The arcade, roof top bars. Restaurants
Safety: They have security at the hotel.
Walkability: The beach was so close. Lots to do right outside the hotel. At night when you walk around you hear live performances everywhere.
Food & drinks: The cafe the cappuccino and avocado toast were delicious. In Azure the passion fruit mojito and the salmon dish was so yummy! Poolside the lobster Roll and orange crush was so good.
Noteworthy details: The hallways smell amazing. The swings in Azure were so fun. The Decor was so pretty. Classy looking.

It was the perfect weekend getaway! Loved the hotel. Great location. The staff were very welcoming, nice and accommodating. I stayed here with my sisters and niece for a sister’s weekend. We had a fabulous time during our stay. Laura the GM was amazing, going out of her way to see that we enjoyed our stay and very supporting to the guests and staff. The room and bathrooms were very clean. We had a great ocean view. The grounds were kept beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool, the cabana, DJ, food and more! I will be coming back in the future! Definitely recommend.
Nearby activities: In the heart of Asbury. Across the street from the beach, boardwalk and convention center. Stone Pony only a couple of blocks away. Many places to eat or have drinks. Great location.
Food & drinks: They have some great cocktails and signature drinks. Mimosas were delicious during brunch as well as the meal. Had a lobster roll and it was so fresh and delicious.
Noteworthy details: Love all the flowers and details inside and outside. Was here about 2 years ago and can see a big change! Looks like there were some renovations and upgrades done. The scent through out the halls was beautiful. Very inviting. Love all the changes that have been done. Keep up the great work!

I went away with my mom and aunts and had the best weekend! We loved our room. It was clean, spacious, and had the perfect view of the beach. It was in walking distance of so many places, but we loved our stay so much we stayed on property the most. We loved relaxing by the pool and had fun with the DJ there! The staff was kind and accommodating as well. We left wanting to book our next visit!

I stayed here my shower head was broken , two outlets were not secure when you used they literally pushed into wall , tv controls were all taped up to hold in batteries. With the outlets the way they were I felt it was an electrical hazard. I took pics and spoke to front desk they didn't seem to care at all !

Beautiful hotel with amazing rooms. Good size and beautiful bathrooms. A little pricey in the summer due to it being right on the beach, but in the off season can get good rates to stay there. Continental breakfast is good with fresh bagels every day not old ones like some hotels. Would stay there many times.
