TLDR: BEWARE OF A SCOUNDREL NAMED TITO WHO RUNS A BUSINESS CALLED KAM AUTO OUT OF THIS GARAGEI was rear ended and was recommended bella auto for the repair. I took my car there but was intercepted by a man named tito who runs another business out of the garage. He gave me a good price on body work and a new bumper without letting me know he wasnt an employee of bella auto and told me the job would take a day or two. He also said he needed a week to get the parts. I then had the person who hit me pay him in full which was a huge mistake on my part. Once he recieved the money tito became very difficult to get a hold of and he did not take my car in for about a month. He did the body work on the side of the car and reshaped my busted bumper. When i picked up the car i asked why it wasnt finsihed and he said he was waiting on paint to finish the job. After becoming hard to get a hold of for about 6 weeks this time. I finally was able to bring the car back and when he was done he said they delivered him the wrong bumper so he insyead fixed my old one. I told him this was not acceptable and at this point i could no longer get a hold of him. He gave me countless excuses and wasted way too much of my time so i hope you can avoid the same fate. Hopefully the courts will settle this but it it is a shame that bella auto allows a liar and a thief to work out of their garage.

Thank you Vinny!!! Had to have some work done on a hub bearing and axle. Went above and beyond to insure the car was fixed great and it rides better than new. I feel so safe traveling and with my son. Thank you!!

Bella Auto Body is the best in Fixing any problem you have on your Vehicle Collision I would recommend every body go to Bell Auto Body Don’t go to Maaco ! Because they are The worst Auto Body I ever see they fix one thing and brake another things !! I never I go back to them ever in my life!!

Car was bought back to me dirty. Inside was dusty with white powdery residue. Upholstery, dashboard, rugs and windows covered with this residue. Also my back window had paint sprayed on it. Care was not taken to prevent this. Also I had zeroed my mileage out, from door to door should have been 11.4 miles and it read 24 miles when I got my car back. I would never recommend Bella Auto body. This has been very disturbing to me.

I highly do NOT recommend this place. Especially Tito. I hit a deer back in December and they were supposed to fix my car and get it done in January. Tito was just a headache and was not cooperating with me. I need to bug him and call him everyday to get him to work on my car. He could not fix my car at all after the repairing my car and fixing. My car is still having problem because they basically do not know how to replace the parts when one day part of the car that they fixed had broke. I had it fixed well almost fixed in May after dropping off the car at their shop like 10 times. NEVER again and a lawsuit is coming to their shop especially Tito because they had cost me a lot of money and they were not able to get it done.

Bella Auto Body had some great staff they're very nice and friendly to take on any job however I recently went there after getting a quote from another shop about a simple issue they turned a simple issue into a headache I had to bring the car back for the same issue that it went for they fixed it the second time and it was worse off plus more issues WONT TAKE IT BACK A Third. I wouldn't recommend unless it's something simple like breaks maybe they could fix that other than that, they're really nice people I wouldn't recommend their work though

Lets just say I’ve been calling this shop for almost 2 weeks to see if they can fix my car. Same guy answers and he says the same thing every time which is “we’ll stop by and visit the car.” Called again and it’s the same response ofc . Even reached out to another mechanic that works there and he gave me the run around also said the same exact thing. I guess if you’re not a regular customer don’t waste your time going here they are really bs.
