Just bought a condo in oak knoll village and was told to reach out to usps for a key to the mailbox however their was no key needed and they explained to me that after quite a few phone calls so much appreciated ! Thank you.

No issues until we moved & they messed up our mail forwarding. Half of our mail gets forwarded out of state to us & half gets delivered to our old address where we don't have a prayer of collecting it. No answers to phone calls & the national line is no help...they see the Forward Notice & don't hear that its not being enforced in the Annandale PO. This isn't a "slow down" issue...this is sloppy & lazy.

My complaint is not with the Annandale location specifically, it just originated there, but the entire postal service. I shipped from Annandale, a large box with Christmas presents to Alpharetta, GA and when the package arrived, 2 days late, the packing tape was ripped off and the box open. The presents were unwrapped and one of them missing. I honestly believe someone was Christmas shopping in my package. It is a federal crime to tamper with mail and when I filed a complaint with the postal service, I received no response. I'm sure nothing will come of my complaint, but beware, there are thieves working for the postal service. I will only mail letters through the post office, packages will be shipped with UPS or FEDEX.
