Technician intentionally deleted the email on file insisting it wasn’t necessary which resulted in it being exceptionally difficult to receive the results.

Otherwise nice old gentleman really needs to learn to keep his opinions to himself. Apparently he thought it’s funny that some people in India want to reject their country’s name given by other people and use historical name of Bharat & it’s ok to tell the same to person he barely knows.

Had an appointment at 11:50am, showed up to the door at 11:50am. The door was locked with a note " Out to lunch from 12:00pm - 1:00pm... I drove an hour both ways and had to take personal time off at work to get there. To top it all off I heard people inside the office while I was knocking on the door. Also, if you need to get in touch with a human for support good luck. I was on hold for 45 minutes and then it just literally hung up on me. Overall terrible experience and will not be returning to that sloppy establishment.P.S. I hope upper management reads this.
