I have found many awesome items here. From furniture (including a dining room table) to vintage clothing, once I even bought a blacksmithing forge! I never know what I'll be bringing home from Golden Rainbow, and it's always a good to stop byGreat to support a local business!Tell Mike, the owner that Seth sent you -- it may not help, but it should get a laugh.Enjoy your visit.

Store was closed temporarily due to covid regulations but is now open again. Go see Mike the owner and support small businesses. He's been there forever. Call for hours if you don't just want to stop by. This store is a pickers delight!!Tell him Mike Jr sent you. This may or may not work to your advantage. Ha.

A wonderful gem of a shop brimming with unique and sensibly-priced antiques and vintage items. The owner is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. A great place to explore and shop!

From the outside, Golden Rainbow Antiques looked interesting. Outside the building there's a cluster of garden statues, some pink plastic flamingoes (faded to beige by the sun), and a half-hidden commercial jukebox. Inside, there were lots of glass items (including a lamp with an amazing green glass base, and a stained glass shade that just didn't seem to go with the base). I noticed a full size figure of a knight in armor, an enamel coffee-pot made into a lamp base, a child size piano, a clarinet in its carrying case. There were some painted Indonesian wood sculptures, a collection of ceramic dogs (heavy on French poodles, but some other breeds as well), a collection of ceramic roosters, and lots more ceramic and glass items. It's a small space, and felt a bit cramped. There were some advertising items, some ceramic planters, and a couple of shelves of Hall china. Some items were priced, but many had no indication of price (which always makes me think the merchant wants to price it based on how much it looks like the customer can pay). All in all a small shop, filled with many items, mostly "smalls."

In the area for a wedding and dropped in at Mike's shop as he was leaving. He not only reopened for us but allowed us all the time needed to browse his shop. Found a couple of good deals and several temptations. We appreciated Mike's friendliness and willing to dicker on prices.
