Great atmosphere. The coach’s do a great job working with you if you have an injury and provide substitutions for workout if needed. The environment is welcoming and motivating. I’ve been a member for over 3 years and highly recommend.

I have never done Cross Fit before and have been going to WPCF for 10 months now. Coach Kris is amazing. She is welcoming to all levels and is professional and motivating. Look forward to every class!

Small, clean, knowledgeable coaches, and FUN! With a different work out each time you never get bored. I’ve been pushed in ways I never thought possible but enjoy doing it here! Highly recommend everyone to try out this CrossFit box!

The program works for everyone — people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years. In it’s true definition CrossFit is “CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in it’s practical, everyday life application definition, it’s hands-on fitness at it finest. Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. Once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!
