My 2018 Ford Transit vans tranmission was on its way out after barely surpassing 100,000 miles which I was really disappointed at, If I can give Ford 1 star, I had other ford's and they were well past 100k miles without significant issues.I called and spoke w Brian the owner and mechanic, he told me drop it off and so he can diagnose the vehicle. I dropped it off following day and he diagnosed it very quickly and was able to give me pricing. I elected to go with the higher price in the hopes of getting the vehicle back quickly.He was able to repair it over a weekend and got my van up and running again.”
