“Asked about a jersey on short notice, they provided a shipping option that would work. Ended up receiving a refund on the shipping because there wasn't an increase from their free shipping cost. Later, they told me the jersey had never made it to the post office and overnighted to me free of charge to make it on time. Excellent customer service, and I will definitely be making all my future gear purchases through them. Staff is very knowledgeable and knows their stuff, unlike the pure hockey and the other big retailers.”
