My daughter gave me a gift card for Christmas this year! Being a loyal and beyond satisfied customer of Top Notch ,for nearly 3 decades, having a gift card for a facial was a first. I couldn’t have been more happy with it from start to finish. Bella’s product knowledge, gentle touch and pleasant conversation made this experience lovely. My face… you wonder??? still glowing 4 days later. I will do this again for sure!

Just got my hair done by Colleen and I’m in hair heaven! - I want to thank Colleen and Bella so very much - what an absolutely amazing experience. My hair needed major help and I left feeling like a movie star! Their knowledge was Top Notch, their techniques - Top Notch! I just can’t say enough about how happy I am! Wonderful, relaxing salon and fabulous boutique with something for everyone (including our furry friends). Just got a “wave” done there and I feel like a new person. Also changed hair care products to their Davines Brand products and has transformed my hair to the best it’s been in 20 years. I can’t recommend them enough!!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

My mom has been going to Top Notch for years, and has always had an amazing experience. I too go to see Colleen and Bella now, and I don’t think I would let anyone else touch my hair. The services and products are unmatched by any other salon in the area. Bella was amazing with my two grandsons ages 7 & 8. The 7 yr old has always had a difficult time with haircuts. No one has ever been able to finish a haircut for him. But today he sat in the chair and didn't move. Bella has the "magic touch". She was able to do what numerous others could not. I had a facial with Bella. The facial was very nice and relaxing. She did a great job explaining each step as she went along and gave recommendations for products for my skincare. When I checked out she reviewed the steps again for me. I can see a difference in my skin in just the few weeks since starting the routine. Thanks Bella.

I have known Colleen and the business for many years, she has done my hair and did it when I got married about 25 yrs ago. I was always satisfied with her and the business always pleasant and helpful. I can't go there anymore as I'm now living in Myrtle Beach . The business has grown and has prospered over the yrs. When entering Top Notch you are welcomed by Collen & Bella who are the nicest woman ever. I love their warm & friendly environment. The clothes and accessories are absolutely gorgeous and well made. I love the fact that they use local businesses within their own business.
