“I will be going to the Hubcap store for all future tire purchases! The gentlemen there were SO nice and accommodating. It was a Saturday, few people in line, but I was in and out. There was little to no wait. Reasoning for four star is if you’re there for the first time, its a little confusing know where to park/or go. I would 10/10 recommend the customer service though!”

“This was my first time at Dave's but it was recommended to me by several neighbors. I had an odd experience with my brakes and was not sure what needed to be done. I was able to get an appointment in two days and my car was picked up and returned to my house in a few hours. Everyone was very nice and I just got the feeling I was in good hands. It’s not like some big chain company where u are just a number with a bunch of young kids scamming you. “Knox, Nolvia and the crew are the absolute best. When my check engine light came on a few months back, they suggested something to add to the fuel in lieu of replacing the catalytic converter, and it worked saving me hundreds.
I recently got an oil change at one of the "chain garages"...aka, Mavis in Forks. Not only did they get oil all over everything under the hood, and left it that way, but they told me that my rear brakes were "basically metal to metal".
With it being a larger procedure, I immediately called to schedule with Knox to replace my rear brakes. Not only did they get me in right away, but their mechanic called to tell me that my brakes still had 50% life on them, and that everything would be fine for quite a while.
I'll never got to another chain garage again, regardless of how small the job is, because Knox has never steered me wrong. Their guys are the best, and Nolvia is an absolutely awesome person to deal with.

The crew here is knowledgeable and friendly and went above and beyond with the work on my wrangler even walking me through and showing me the problems they had found with it before developing a game plan. The death wobbles I had are completely gone now and my jeep is handling and sounding better than ever and they banged all the work out in a single Day, I am beyond impressed and cannot reccomend them more. I will definitely be bringing my jeep back here it's great to see folks who are passionate about what they do and put care into their work.”

“For general repairs, recommend. For body work, they're booked 1 month in advance, they don't do full paint jobs on cars, and they never got back to me even after a follow up call to get a quote. Disappointing but par for the course. Who wants to blow up another afternoon getting quotes? Of the 3 shops I visited, only 1 quoted, JDT collision in Phillipsburg.”

“I had a wonderful experience at Parkway Auto and Tires. Had a screw lodged into my tire, causing it to lose air. I called Parkway because they were the closest tire and auto repair shop near me. The man at the front desk who answered my call was very nice and helpful. They were able to squeeze me in between jobs and got me in and out within half an hour. They were able to repair my tire so quickly and the cost was super inexpensive. I would highly recommend their services and will be coming to them again if I am ever in need of tire services.”

“Alex's tire center came to my place of employment , picked up my vehicle, drove it to their shop, put 4 brand new tires, wheel alignment , and some other parts that I needed, Then drove my truck back to my place of employment. And the price for all that was very reasonable and worth every penny. I would highly recommend them. Sam was awesome and very easy to talk to. The mechanics did a great job. Thank you !”

“We brought my husband’s Ford Explorer over after only having it serviced at the local Ford dealership and having significant problems with them. Suddenly the water pump needed to be replaced and our car was dumping coolant. The dealership quoted us around $8,000 and that was not a possibility for us. We were able to get our car service at this shop for less than half of the dealership quoted us and they fixed more on the car. This shop was recommended to us and I am so thankful for it. Jason was absolutely wonderful. We dropped the car off on a Wednesday and it required around 20 hours of work- we weren’t expecting back anytime soon with the extensive work needed. We got a call on FRIDAY! Once we picked it up it was in the best shape it has been- better than what the dealership ever did. They definitely have customers for life with us and all of our vehicles. Would definitely recommend them to everyone.”

“My husband and I stopped by to get a few gift cards for Christmas gifts, because they are always cheaper there then there value. As we walked around we found some really nice gifts for our grandchildren, and some great deals. Then picked up some essentials we needed for ourselves. And most important a shovel for this winter, we could of used it last weekend when we had a storm, our last shovel broke. Now we are ready , for it. The only thing I'm not to happy about is that they have changed 75% of there registers to self serve, makes it so un-personable. Miss that one and one contact with your cashier. Instead they have more people as you walk out checking your receipt and cart.”
