“It’s a nice bank; staff is friendly, the bank is getting better at training their employees. Normally going to pay extra on my loan, it takes them a while to figure out how to adjust the program to place the extra payment towards the principle. There’s also a lack of communication between the loan department and the bank staff. Other than that the girls are efficient and quick when it comes to deposits and withdrawals. They are cautious when it comes to others accounts and follow bank procedures to make sure they are being attentive with others money.”

My only complaint is the wait time but a lot of that has to do with the area and the language barriers of a lot of the customers.”
