“Some places are for window shopping but Ross is for real shopping. The only problem is we go for one and end up buying more. Definitely, I recommend tryinging in Ross first and then buying at other places if you don't f itind. This includes clothes, shoes, home appliances, perfumes, car accessories, k' ds toys and clothes, and many more.”
“This location has decent prices on clothing and a good selection— the reason that one star is deducted is because the line for the cash wrap is always super slow and long and sometimes communication is lacking (an associate will be scanning something or finishing out a prior return and won’t really say anything like “I’ll be right with you once I finish processing this” so people assume that they’re being rude or they approach without being called down and then back up, throwing the line off).
Pros: relatively kempt, decent selection, good pricing, flexible return policy, helpful associates, can return Nordstrom items to a Rack location
Cons: long cash wrap line, messy fitting rooms, people take underwear out of boxes and leave things half opened so you don’t know if you’re getting both items in a two-pack Tommy Johns, for example (and this isn’t their fault but the clientele at Nordstrom Rack are sometimes missing common decency and courtesy).”
“This is the best garage store I have ever walked into. Every employee greeted me with a big smile and was ready to help especially the manager BECCA! BECCA, the manager, herself went out of her way to get me a different sizes guided me through the store to find different items. I can tell the employees really love and respect her! “Grand opening day was today. They gave away hundreds of dollars in gift cards, free food, and has a DJ. It was neat. The store has a little bit of everything. Clothes/shoes for all, houseware, a few minor electronics, snack food, and more. The store is huge and clean. It's next to tjmaxx and wegman's. Nice place to find a bargain.”
