“Best Automotive Repair Shop on the East Coast.Over the last 25 years or so, I have used Karl Mey's five times for the typical ding and dent repairs needed before I turned in my leased vehicles to the dealer. These repairs were always done perfectly and on time.Recently my wife's car was badly damaged by an older driver who lost control of his vehicle. I was very concerned that because of the amount of damage to her car that my auto insurance company would total the vehicle and I would be stuck having to pay the leasing company a significant amount of money to close out the lease.I had the car towed to Karl Mey's, and Jack and his crew after reviewing the damage and working with my insurance company, worked out a plan to repair the car. Several weeks later, I picked up the car and it was better than new. If I didn't know better, I would have thought that it just came off the dealer's showroom floor. That's how good the repairs were. “Appreciate the service you get from Marrazzo’s Auto Body shop. Very Top Notch. They make you feel well cared for and work so well with Enterprise that I didn’t have to worry about getting a ride to pick up /drop off a rental. Leah was great with the texts in letting me know when a delay came up and the new date for completion. “I cannot say enough good things about this business. Recently, I was the victim of a hit and run. I called them for an appointment to get an estimate and was told that I could bring the car right away.I met with Alexa and she assured me that they could deal with my insurance and get everything fixed promptly.Within 1 week, the car was fully repaired and all of the cost was covered by my insurance (less my deductible). Short of filing an incident with my insurance company (who initially low-balled my repairs), I did not have to deal with anything!Plus, Alexa and all the whole staff were so professional and caring throughout the process!Five stars all the way!!!”

“One of our Mercedes Benz hit a pothole on the turnpike and the right side tire molding came off. We got a new molding from the dealer and needed to install it but the metal fender was a little bent which needed to be pulled and Jr told us $300 I found that the price was a little excessive. I made a few other calls and sure enough went to Tony’s Auto Body and he did the same job for literally $40. If you don’t believe me, look at the picture.Don’t sleep on my old man on the wheelchair. He’s excellent and honest. I almost skipped him because of the way the body shop looked but I’m glad I didn’t”
