After using this groomer for over 7 years, I would not return to them if they were the last groomer on earth. Although the owner/groomer was actually good at grooming (why I continued to go) they absolutely are the most uncaring people I have ever met. My one dog is "double coated" (10 lbs schnauzer) so her hair is very thick. After 5 years of grooming her, the groomer was very aware of this. She absolutely could not go more than 5 weeks without grooming. They scheduled her 6 weeks out for her last grooming. I met them at the train station (way we have to drop off and pick up as a convenience to them and NOT due to COVID) and dropped her off with the one partner. Approximately 45 minutes later the groomer/owner called and told me I had to pick her up cause she had some mats on her legs. Hello, you are a groomer! You are the one that scheduled her out for 6 weeks. I have paid extra in the past (no problem) when there was a mat(s) you had to remove. Now I have two dogs (her 5 lbs sister as well) that are over 6 weeks since their last grooming that I had to find a new groomer and schedule with. It will be over 7 weeks before they can be groomed. The ones to suffer because of this is the dogs! They could care less about you or your dog(s). Don't use them!!!
