I’ve been getting my wife flowers at Robyn’s for almost 2 decades. I just bring in her favorite vase and they fill it with beautiful arrangements every time and we can’t believe how long they last, two weeks sometimes.

This family is incredible. They made all our dreams and visions come to life for our wedding day— every single thing they did was gorgeous.The quality of their flowers and greenery is amazing and they are artist.I was looking for a florist that we could explain our vision to and let them do the rest—We wanted to find a florist that we could trust so we didn’t have to think about anything other than getting married.They dropped our personal flowers off at the hotel to each person before the ceremony and went to the ceremony location to set up and decorate the cake. When we arrived everything was GORGEOUS!It was an absolute pleasure working with them. Stop your florist search right now and hire them!

I wanted to post a warning to other brides using florists from the bergen county area as I had such a bad experience here leading up to my big day that I ended up getting a new one about a month from my wedding. I’m posting about it here so that none of you have to go through this stress.Highlights as to why I canceled my original florist 4 weeks out include:- Receiving no responses to my emails (some of which I was asked to send as follow up answers to their questions) for 2 weeks at a time and then responding to my concern about a lack of communication with “well we’re really busy I mean it’s wedding season.” - excuse me?- not getting me a contract with final cost so I can budget after my sample appointment, until a month before my wedding, and then giving me one with no indication of what flowers would be used or times of when things needed to be delivered. Then telling me that’s normal because they don’t usually give these out until 2 weeks before the wedding...also including a line that they “reserve the right to cancel the event for any reason if they feel the obligations cannot be met” with no indication that we would get our money back or another florist would be found to ensure we actually had flowers- and the icing on the cake was getting me my contract and putting the WRONG VENUE on it (I’m getting married at Ballyowen Golf Club- they wrote Perona Farms) and telling me that they use a drop down menu so it’s an honest mistake and “we or you would’ve caught it of course” with barely an apology. I literally repeated answers to questions that should’ve been included in my contract, multiple times. I felt unheard and when I expressed my concerns about the lack of communication and errors in the contract proposed and asked to meet face to face so we could iron out the details one more time to make sure things would go smoothly, I felt like an inconvenience.The customer service and organization were incredibly disheartening.Bottom line - NO BRIDE should feel she needs to find a new florist so close to her wedding. I am making this post as a warning so no other bride has to go through this stress as it was beyond stressful. I am so surprised as Rohsler’s has always had a great reputation. However, customer service is severely lacking.

Robyn is incredible and so is her team! She sits down with you and takes time to find exactly what you want and need and has you leaving comfortable and confident that you are in good hands. I cannot say enough good things about her and her work, she creates amazing flora pieces for events. I will definitely be back!
