I've been going to this pharmacy for all my life but the past 4 times that i've called for a refill on my prescription the person answering the phone has said it would be ready by EOD. I either show up later that day or next day to confused faces telling me theres nothing there. This past instance, the same thing happened only for the pharmacist to tell me that I was "transfered out" of the pharmacy since I was told the previous visit that my medicine was on "back order". I said no, I had to pick it up somewhere else since you were out I never left". The proceed to say "Oh well it's still on backorder so you're going to have to go back there." I will not be returning.

Called ahead to refill Rx. Out of refills. They said they'll call Doc to get new prescription. I said ok thanks. I asked if they could call me when it's ready because Im not feeling well. They said sure no problem.When I finally walk in to pickup they dismissed me when I asked what happened to someone calling me.Plus... It wasn't ready??I'm getting tired of you guys And really HATE the idea of doing business with the big box pharmacy store.Honestly... Jane is your best employee. Male pharmacists that have hair buns need to check them selves

Rude nasty old woman at the counter! Short gray hair. Let’s just call her Karen! Should not be in customer service. She was not only dismissive and rude to me.. she snapped at customer on phone.So much for you friendly neighborhoodlocal, family owned & operated pharmacy.They claim “staff members understand your needs, and are never too busy to care. That they believe in old fashioned one-on-one patient care.”I’ll be taking my business to Long Valley where the employees are patient and kind.

Most accommodating and compassionate staff and pharmacy around. June is always so patient and multitasking with a smile.Dr. Nadear and other pharmacists are knowledgeable and extremely helpful to my many questions. ? Cute gift shop too with unique items. Go check it out if you haven't. You won't be disappointed. Thank you PV pharmacy for being so professional and caring.

This pharmacy is great! The pharmacists Nadear and Patty always go out of their way to answer my healthcare questions. The rest of the staff is incredibly kind. I would highly recommend this pharmacy compared to the dumpster fire chains in this area.

When I moved to Hackettstown, I was looking for a Family owned Pharmacy not a chain. I found the BEST one in Panther Valley. I went in to meet the owner and a 2 year bond was formed. As I am quite I’ll they have worked so very hard to get all my medications and I get all my OTC there as their prices beat chains. On one side is a well stocked, immaculate Pharmacy with the best Pharmacists, techs and June who answers the phone but does 10 things at the same time. I even had my Flu shot there. On the other side is a full selection of beautiful cards and unique gifts. I use delivery service with Rich who is absolutely wonderful and masks are always worn to keep all safe. As we start 2022, I wish them another successful, safe year and just can’t thank all for everything they have done for me. I highly recommend Panther Valley for service, monthly medications, gifts, delivery service and their true caring for their customers!!! Thank You!!!
