Not a bank you should be going , they can't replace a card and wants to keep charging fees . Being a customer for longest time it's no point. Also a person up front making his own rules, when other branches just make it, since you customer. What makes them different. very frustrating and disappointing. Staff just okay, also there is guy name Dharshan he made me feel, not to be pnc customer. soon will just close the account. Rules be same for all branches. How come other beaches makes without any fees? like each branch has their own rules they applies. Unreal. Lame customer service. That guy acted like he don't care for customers. Ignored me.

Chastity was amazing only good experience here. Tamils is nasty the manager…. Rolled her eyes and was making faces at me when she messed up and gave me too much money back on fraudulent charges on my bank. One of the worst experiences ever and for this reason I am closed my bank.

Terrible customer service.More experienced help needed. Felt disappointed and put off by attitude and answers from one of the younger representatives. Will not visit this branch again or recommend it.Located within a busy strip mall. Parking is limited and congested. One space reserved for 'ducks'?????

If I could give zero stars, I would! This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I had dealt with fraudulent activity on my account, and had to go into the branch ’more than 5 times because of incompetent employees who give misinformation (including the manager who bragged to me he was in charge) and forget to complete transactions. My money was inaccessible to me for over a week, and they allowed more and more fraudulent charges to go through. I wasted hours of my time, and was inconvenienced over and over again. Please train your employees better so this doesn’t happen to another customer. I highly recommend changing banks!

Beware!! If you are a member of this bank and would like to notarize something that has more than just your signature on it-- they will not allow it. They will only notarize the signature of the person who has the account. Ridiculous!

The staff and manager are very rude and disrespectful! They act as if they are better then everyone else. All I wanted was to cash my check through my mothers account but that was toooo hard for them to understand. They gave me so much attitude about it. Ridiculous! Such a horrible experience with the staff and manager. This isn’t the first time either. Pnc do better.

Worst experience EVER!! These people cannot even send a wire! Bank manager is a rude, non informative man who is arrogant. Watch your transactions with these people---there are hidden charges around every corner. When the new laws changed in Jersey---stating that any account that has no activity will be closed by the bank, and all monies will be given to the state, I wanted to withdraw my money. Bank manager would not allow me to do it!! Only reason for 2 stars is that the rest of the staff seems lovely and kind. That being said, the staff is under the thumb of this obnoxious man who is poorly communicative, and thinks his way is the only way. WHAT A DISGRACE TO PNC BANK! RUN!!! And don't look back!!!!
