We walked into the store and immediately turned around and walked out when the store owner swatted my four year olds hand. All he was doing was turning the greeting card turnstile slowly and looking at the "pretty cards". When I said we are leaving because "we don't like people who are mean to children" she said under her breath she didn't like people who "don't mind their kids". He wasn't doing anything wrong. And I am not one of those people who think their children are never wrong lol. My husband also said when he was in there with a girlfriend he was asked to leave the store when he kissed her. He had long hair and she thought they were lesbians. Awful customer service. Don't put your hands on my child.

If I could give zero stars I would and it is just based on the staff! Extremely rude and not even to me - just what I observed and how they spoke to other customers. I get it you don’t want food or drinks or anyone trying on hats or sweaters or anything. There is a way to speak to people and there is a way not to. Basic manners 101. Saw an employee snatch a hat off of someone’s head and say the toy store is down the way and another staff member yell at a family to get rid of the lollipop a child had or get out. Smh

This is my favourite store in Smithville. It is so cute, and that opinion might just be because I’m Irish, but I love this store dearly. So many family names on different things, flags, Irish t-shirts, I love this store.

I ordered a laser engraved flask with my coat of arms on it. The manufacture put the wrong name and coat of arms on it. Oddly enough the coat of arms they put on there is a real one and is almost identical to mine. I contacted Vincent and he promptly contacted the manufacture and sorted out the situation.

What a beautiful little shop! Went there while visiting the area and found the most beautiful necklace. The woman in the store was amazing and very helpful. I've been searching for a particular necklace for years and I described it and she had it!!! It was like a dream come true. That store is amazing!

I have been to the store and used their online service. Family owned and operated. Ordered several of their hats and shawls for personal use and for Christmas gifts. Highly recommend. My favorite is their wool Irish Caps.

What a gem of a store . My wife and I visited Out of Ireland on July 4th and purchased a wedding band as a gift for our anniversary. The clerk was very helpful and we could tell she really cared about giving us the best service and honest advice about our purchase.Can’t wait to go back again to browse through the exquisite selection of wonderful products that come out of Ireland.
