They don't deserve even 1 star. Liars , told me will be this price to tow then , being at location ask more 3 times a price . Or else we won't touch your car, so unprofessional towing. Asks questions like a cop, all you got do towing regardless. There is no police hold. so why pump up the price? be safe people, they were like we won't touch unless you give more, like really. Why promise the price on the phone? So greedy , I am tell my people no call them n also suggest you all don't call them. So bad. for less won't touch the car but but for more then promises will tow it? how that make sense . Well for me this business is no no.

Use this company! The day before I spent HOURS - working with my insurance company's 'roadside service group - trying to get someone and no one showed. So today, I called back and they sent Lucas Towing; Steve came very quickly. He thought this was for a tire change, but there were several issues I didn't realize. One - of many - was needing a lugnut key, which was supposed to have been sold with car, but didn't appear to have happened but the bigger issue was I had both tires on left being flat .Steve was able to get me towed to a tire place and I am grateful Thank you Steve!
