I hate getting labs especially with fasting but the staff was very sweet and with my phlebotomist I did not feel a thing

This place is ran like something out of a third world country. I went there despite seeing negative reviews thinking how bad can it possibly be. Stay away from this place. After waiting for over an hour and seeing how many people leave and how rude is the employee to the poor people who are there I gave up and left. Save yourself precious time and go anywhere but this location.

The tech that I had was very friendly but that place definitely needs to be cleaned up and renovated, floors dirty and walls chipped up .

Called this office eight times this afternoon(when it’s not busy at all)to speak with someone to cancel an appointment I made a month in advance, and they purposely hung up on me every single time. Screw them, I won’t be going to this one. When I read the reviews and heard how rude they were, now I see, they were completely correct!

Very hard to book appts online. Impossible to talk to a human via phone! I needed an appt ASAP, and it's impossible to book one asap! That, they leave up to "walk-in"! Not cool!

Worst front desk person. I was dropping off a specimen for someone else. She was on her phone, no help what so ever. I’m not one that complains but I’ve been there several times over the years and each time the person at the desk just ignores you and acts bothered when you ask for help. Thankfully that’s not my lab anymore.

Been coming here since 2017, facility is clean and staff works as fast as they can with a typically well-occupied waiting room. Phlebotomists have never left me with a bruise

I’ve used this Labcorp location for the last 3 years without problems. Unfortunately that has changed & I will never return. On December 1st my neurologist ordered a lot of bloodwork. I went the very next day to have it done.On my next neurologist appointment, on Dec. 28th I found out that Labcorp, unexplainably had only done half of what was ordered. On December 30th, despite feeling incredibly unwell, I went back to have the rest of it done. I checked in at the lobby & then sat with the woman at the desk as she logged all of my orders into the computer. She seemed very annoyed that my doctor did individual orders for each test & explained that it was because last time they didn’t run all of the tests. I then went to the back where a gentleman took 11 vials of my blood.I began to get concerned when none of my results were being uploaded onto my MyChart app that all of my doctors, meds, & tests are linked up to. When my neurologist’s office looked into it Labcorp said that they have no record of me having been there since the beginning of December!!! ?This is distressing on so many levels. I was recently diagnosed with MS & need to start treatment asap. My infusion center wanted to schedule me to begin treatment but can’t until some of those test results are received. So today I had to go have all of that bloodwork redone, only this time I went to a Virtua lab work center, where I was assured that my results would be in by the end of the night. And let me tell you, despite it being 20 minutes further away, it was cleaner, more hospitable, efficient, & a way better experience than I’ve ever had at Labcorp.I don’t understand how they could not have a record of my visit when I personally checked in at the kiosk in the lobby, & watched the woman log my orders into the computer. No less, what the Hell did the phlebotomist do with my blood?!?!Under normal circumstances this would be bad enough, but to have this happening when I’m so unwell & to have it delaying such important treatment is a huge, stressful imposition.I will never be back to Labcorp, but I truly hope that no one else has to go through this. The incompetence & unprofessionalism at this office is egregious!

Honestly was a little nervous after reading some less favorable reviews before going.. my experience was 5-star, however. I checked in early from my phone and waited in my car. Got a text 10 minutes before my actual appointment time despite the place having plenty of patients coming and going. I got checked in fast and the lady at the front was super nice and professional. The tech that took blood was also very gentle and efficient. The appointment was honestly over before I knew it. Best of all, the results came quick too. I’d recommend this place for sure..

Untrained phlebotomists, don’t go here! I’ve been twice. First time my arm was numb for a month and bruised, second time I was also badly bruised and I’ve never had the band tied so tight on my arm.. I’ve gotten blood drawn at Quest many times and I’ve never had bruising and numbness. I tried to go to Labcorp because they offered more testing options, but it’s not worth it.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Like a lab in the third world. It’s filthy, cold, crowded, disorganized, inefficient. Just horrific, truly. I drive 20 minutes to another lab before I’ll go into this one, 2 minutes from our house, ever again.

Waiting 2-3 hours for a blood draw is wild. They are severely understaffed.

Always understaffed. Can’t even rely on appointments.
