Horrendous customer service, I came in to get my 14 pro max’s screen replaced and was charged $150 ish, which isn’t bad if the phone was fixed properly. They installed a cheap replacement screen that was not even meant for the 14 pro max. The screen installed was not even seated flush to the body of the phone, I could still get my fingernail under the edges of the screen. A week later after a small drop, the edges of the screen cracked and wouldn’t let me use the screen properly, so naturally I went back and asked for a refund but they said it wasn’t their problem anymore. I just want my money back:( I have attached pictures of my broken 14 pro max alongside my friends 14 pro max that doesn’t have any issues with it. My friend does have a screen protector on it so the small ridge in some of the photos is of that. I would rate 0 if I could honestly

I cracked my iPad screen, called them up, brought it right over to the shop and they fixed it in less than an hour with an extremely fair price and friendly service. Clean, organized store and great service. What’s not to like?

I would leave a million stars if I could. This place is AMAZING. Woke up this morning to a dead phone wouldn't charge at all. I called them and explained the woman told me to bring it in so I did. Left my phone with her and Ahmad the technician and less than 3 hours later my phone is as good as new! Problem is fixed and they are both so so sweet. 10000000% recommend bringing any device here for repairs. I'm so so happy and couldn't be more grateful.

Jersey Quik Fix was definitely that. Screen replacement in only an hr! Very appreciative he (owner?) suggested to replace with a refurbished screen to save $ since l was only getting fixed to be able to trade in for new phone. Even if l hadn't - screen looked brand new & he couldn't have been more friendly or personable. Go here...you won't be disappointed!

Im not sure if the reviews are fake or I just had a bad experience. I went to get the back of my iphone fixed. They fixed it but it wasn’t done correctly and I had to come back. I came back, they told me wait would be a bit longer to make sure it actually dried all the way, as long as it was fixed the right way I didn’t mind. They give you a certain amount of days for you come back for the “warranty.” Two weeks after having my phone fixed, I saw it coming apart, it wasn’t very noticeable and I have a busy life so I never got a chance to swing by. Now it’s fully falling apart, I need to go through my phone carrier to replace my whole phone. I haven’t dropped my phone since getting it fixed and it has a Zagg and otterbox case to protect it. So I know it was the bad work that was done on the iPhone. I’m really upset that I spent money so I would have to upgrade my phone and now I still have to. I would never recommend this place to anyone I know and I won’t be back. The staff was nice but they do bad work.

My wife cracked her phone screen and phone wouldn't power up. Bought her a new one and brought the one to Jersey Quik Fix and they took care of everything. Would highly recommend them

I went jersey Quik fix to fix my daughter iPhone 12 mini it had water damage and crack screen he was able to fix it in a day and did amazing job with a great price .. I would totally recommend his services , super friendly .
