Please teach Amanda about being rude so was there at 2:40 she doesn’t say hi when I say hi near she doesn’t say bye or have a nice day very poor service the service is very slow I never had a bank the have only one person work the front and 2 work the drive though especially nobody at the drive through more people waiting inside

Worst bank branch I have ever visited. Branch manager told me to she can’t assist me to open an account because she doesn’t have any banker. Today I went in and again they turned me down on closing out my CD. Told me I need an appointment. Why didn’t you tell me that last time?

We have been banking with Wells Fargo for close to 40 years. They are slow and they work pretty much by the book. When one really needs a real bank then Well Fargo is the bank to work with. We use the Hwy 34, Aberdeen, NJ branch for our banking needs and have never been let down. There is so much you can do with online and call center help; you need the branches to help you and this is where Wells Fargo shines. During Hurricane Sandy, Wells Fargo was open all along to provide help. And now during the COVID-19 pandemic, Wells Fargo branches have been open and ready to help. They called us and let us know how to start the PPP loan application on their site. Couldn't believe it. We also use their ACH services and we have occasionally used their phone support; second to none.

Manali assisted me in closing my account and she was helpful, easy and quick to work with. My issue is with the manager of the branch, and one of the tellers (I believe her name is Laura). Manali assisted me to the teller to withdraw my money and the teller screams across the room to the manager that I am closing my account and asked if I should get a check or cash. The manager then screams back asking how much money I have, and the teller yelled my exact amount out.. across the room.. where everyone can hear. I was appalled that both a manager AND a teller did not have the sense to keep that information private. It was a very unprofessional experience, and reassured me I was not making a mistake closing my account with Wellsfargo.

I had a wonderful experience opening a business account with Meera at this Wells Fargo Branch. She opened the account in a timely fashion and the customer service was great. She called me by name and offered a water. She was very accommodating and opened the account using the necessary paperwork needed for the account. I usually don't come to this branch because it's not close to where I live but I will definitely be back for my banking needs if I am in the area.
