DONT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!This Stop & Shop is my local and used to be my favorite place to shop in right after I moved here in 2019. I stopped shopping here in 2021 and is a loyal customer of ShopRite which is across the street. I went back to this Stop & Shop to give it a try and I was given the worst horrible service at the Services Center.Tell your employees to treat people better. All I ask was for them to look up my price club card # and she said it will be 15 minutes. They only have that one computer. She went to tender to another customer and ignored me while I was standing there for a few minutes after my conversation with her. None of the employees had a smile. They acted like I was bothering them.Prices for similar items was 35% higher than the ShopRite across the street. I was so shocked.This supermarket needs to do better training on their employees or just closed down completely.

Sorry Stop and Shop you really failed here. I was grocery shopping and at the register you had gift cards. I work two jobs and time is so important to me so I grabbed 3 Dunkin Donuts cards to purchase for co-workers and was so relieved to have tackled an errand only to be told by the cashier that I had to go to the courtesy desk to validate the cards. I always got to validate cards at check out and I don't have the time to stand on two lines so I put them back. I will go to Dunkin another day. That's for making a convenience an inconvenience Stop and Shop! Happy Holidays!

Had to self checkout a $250 grocery trip with my borderline feral two year old because all of the normal checkout lanes were closed at 5 pm on a Saturday evening. Would not recommend!

Nice and clean. They have a robot that patrols the store. I’d love to know what its job is.
