The store itself is loaded and has a great selection but it was such an unwelcoming experience with our 6 year old compared to the experiences we had at other stores and hobby shops.

Just got into the hobby of UFC cards.
Location has plenty of selection and I purchased a couple UFC hobby boxes and some blasters totaling over 400. The guy I assume is the own chatter with me a but about the UFC buy back program and told me straight to my face they participate. They also come up on the Topps website for the program participants. Once I opened my boxes and had a card to do the buy back I came back in and told them I wanted to us the 20 buyback card and buy another hobby box and pay the difference and they refused the buyback. Very disappointed in ther inability to keep their word or follow the program as it states on the website.

If you're into sports cards, you've got to check out Santiago Sports Card Store in Matawan. They've got everything from vintage gems to the latest releases. The folks here are super knowledgeable and enthusiastic. They love to chat about sports and help you find whatever you're looking for.
The store is super welcoming and well-organized. They even host events which is perfect for connecting with other collectors. Plus the prices are great, whether you're buying or trading.
Definitely swing by if you're in Matawan and into sports cards. Santiago Sports Card Store is a real hit for collectors!

Ordered something in stock 7 days ago. I had emailed and asked twice when it would ship but no response. On day 7 I just receive a refund notification, still no email with an explanation.

Not very considerate of what people want to see or offer on insta sales. Also, reading through a bunch of these awful reviews, you’d think they’d respond with some dignity and respect? No, just excuses and finger pointing. Complete opposite of a professional. How does anyone like the owner either? So arrogant it’s crazy. Wouldn’t recommend. Go to Card Capitol in Collingswood, it’s more worth it.
Edit: Owner of the company literally just proved my point with his response. No accountability, no questioning whether he is in the wrong, blatantly blames other people, I mean wow does this guy keep digging a deeper hole. Embarrassing.
