I left a review a while back because there was a blip in hours or maybe someone was late that day but besides that 5/2/24 10:15am the assistant manager and cashier I had to praise on how amazing this particular dollar tree I come to consistently is always beautifully well stock and organized and the quality and different items constantly are amazing. I can actually walk through the store with a shopping cart with zero issues what so ever. Whoever’s been merchandising the sales floor or taking the lead and assuring customers can actually shop without hitting 100 baker racks should get a nice raise considering I’m not running in to dodge for one item. I can actually spend money since I can find items I need or don’t need lol! Moving from the city to NJ has turned me into a slight Karen but all for more positive reviews. Couldn’t be happier to be in south Jersey and close to one of the best dollar trees around! :-)

With the rebrand an update maybe they should update their employees. I was in line to check out with two kids behind me that ran in front and around me to the registers. No big deal they’re kids , but they then each went to a self checkout and then one ran off to the other register. So since it looked open I approached it to use it. And the woman behind the counter SHOUTED at me and my Baby! “ you can’t use that!! There’s still a transaction “ I was appalled. A customer never deserves to be shouted at like that. They simply could have said I’m sorry but i think something is still in progress. I really don’t appreciate the low service at this establishment and feel uncomfortable shopping there in the future. Time for a higher class of employees. Store is great. Customer service is like a step lower then .. well use your imagination ?

Sue is such an amazing person. She went above and beyond. I have never in my 50 years had ANY customer service like what Due have given me and my family. Wow SUE IS AMAZING.

Store hours says it closes at 8pm on Sunday. They kicked us out and locked the doors at 7:55pm. Where I’m from they call that a lie, or false advertisement or something to that effect. It is Dollar Tree though so the expectations weren’t set that high. The staff was otherwise ok but that it is a huge peeve to expect to pick something up last minute and told they’re closing five minutes earlier than the posted time. You’d expect that from a hood establishment but not a franchise. One can get a lot done in that five minutes you shorted your customers.

I can't say I was impressed. Dirty floors, unkept, messy shelves, low stock, long checkout line, indifferent employees. My expectations weren't high to begin with but it was still a let down somehow.

This place was great! It was super clean, unlike the one near me, has a great selection of items and of course the price is unmatched even though the items are no longer a dollar. The cashier was a little unfriendly, but overall it good experience. Would go back.

Dealt with the lady manager HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Refused to help, very short, unhelpful at all! I wouldn't give this store not a penny of my money!!!!!! Take your business elsewhere.
