We lost heat on Sunday morning Jan 23, 2022. Called eastern Propane for emergency service as we are a customer. Talked with a live person who forwarded my call to Anthony. (service technician). Anthony called back with in 25 minutes. He informed me he had a gas leak emergency he needed to take care of first and would call when he was finished. He called back within two hours and was here within 30 minutes of the phone call.Anthony was more than helpful. solved the problem and we have heat again.Kudos to Eastern and Anthony for great service.. Thank You

Used Wolfeboro Oil since 2016. Used my USAA Credit Card for every propane and oil bill. My credit card was getting hacked about every six months until by process of elimination Wolfeboro Oil was the only remaining biller for which I was using my USAA credit card. I stopped sharing the number with the office staff and the hacking stopped. I drew my own conclusions. Very unfortunate…

I'm a new customer and had an emergency (exhaust from furnace was venting into the crawl space and living spaces). They were super helpful in getting my account created and a technician sent out to fix the issue. What a great experience working with them!

Timothy Cochrane out of the Conway/Tamworth office stopped by today to inspect,tag and put an orange marker out to locate my tank for the winter months to come!This is why I choose Eastern Propane to fill my tank during the winter months! Not many companies are pro-active like Eastern and have employees like Tim!!!

people in the office are completely rude and out of line. They have zero interest in talking to you unless you have thousands of dollars to give them. They will share your personal information publicly. Overall bad place.
