“If it's a summer evening and it seems like everything's closed, you can bet there will be four things open late on the main drive: Bailey's Ice Cream, Joe Greens, the Mellow Moose, and Mountain Tops. (Something the other businesses in Wolfeboro haven't learned is that the tourists still want to spend money after five o'clock!) Open seasonally, Mountain Tops is located right in the center of town by the bridge. It's one of a chain of apparel shops in Maine and NH specializing in humorous or naughty designs. Their sizes range from toddler to 3X. In addition to T-Shirts and sweatshirts, they also offer a small selection of souvenirs. Caveats: During the day it can get *very* crowded and hot in here, and because they are located in a renovated home, like many shops in Wolfeboro they aren't wheelchair accessible. Their sign says 'Custom T-Shirts,' but they don't actually make T-Shirts to order, what it means is that their product is branded with "Winnipesaukee" or "Wolfeboro."”
