My wife and I have a new customers since he started this business. The last couple times I’ve been in Rob has been very short, seems very intolerant. However, he does good work so we’ve come back. Until today came in with another chance he seemed very upset that my insurance company didn’t provide him with the rate that he expected and he wanted me to negotiate that with my insurance company. Completely unreasonable. His attitude and demeanor, lack of patience. It made him a rude individual, his work is excellent. His business tactics are horrible. Never going back. After trying to get an exterior door handle fixed by three other places, Accidents Happen did the job!! They were FABULOUS... professional, kind, ethical and honest! What a place! I thought places like this didn't exist anymore! This place is THE BEST!

I just used Accidents Happen for the first time-referred by a coworker. They did an amazing job. The car came out looking like brand new and the time he told me it would be done was exact-not a day later than said. Very nice guy and excellent at communicating with me. Two weeks after picking up my brand NEW Honda Ridgeline at the dealer, I accidentally crunched my front passenger door while backing up. My first accident in over 30 years! Needless to say, I was sick over it and wanted it looking new again.Rob West at Accidents Happen Auto Body in Wolfeboro was amiable, courteous, and provided the best repair estimate I received. I appreciated how he explained the challenges of replacing just the damaged door 'skin' versus replacing the entire door. He also explained his process of color-matching the door with the surrounding exterior.Due to supply-chain challenges everywhere, he couldn't guarantee when he would get it fixed, but that he would get to it as soon as my parts came in. Thankfully, he was able to start work on it a week later and I got it back the following week looking perfect again! He even salvaged the previous door edge guard, washed the truck by hand, and vacuumed the interior. His team of Joe and Haven did a great job! On top of all that, Rob (an Army vet) also gave me a veteran discount, which I always appreciate.I don't hope to see Rob again too soon, but won't go to anyone else if an accident happens again. :)Services: Body & Trim

I just picked up my Mazda CX-5 after hitting a bear. Rob and his team did an awesome job making the necessary repairs. They managed to get it done in a very timely manner saving me the trouble of renting a car. The work was spot on with no surprises on the bill.
