I go here often with no problem but within the past few weeks when I go to checkout, specifically later in the day (7,8,9pm) will hear a lot of loud cursing and various things. I don’t want to be “that person” but maybe hiring kids to manage the front end after 5pm is not the best idea, I’m sure people who have children would not appreciate having their kids hear all that. There are a few older teens I see often who are at the self checkout area and they do a great job and are always friendly but the ones on register, or who are supposed to be at their register don’t seem to be listening or really doing their job but specially the last time I went in (1/22), the kid who I assume was supposed to be on register (one of the others were saying “go back to your register” to him) was being a bit rude to the other employee and seemed to be giving her a hard time. He was loudly cursing and I think complaining about someone named Amy?Where are the adults?I hope that something is gonna be done for the people having to deal with this it seems unfair for them to have to babysit their coworker who is wandering around the front end and complaining instead of doing their job.

I shop here a lot because it is close to my house. But it is very expensive. Most of the products I buy there are fine. But the one thing that is really starting to bother me is their fruit. Their fruit goes bad quickly. This has happened to me many times with grapes, cuties, heads of lettuce and cucumbers. This is the 2nd time in 8 days I have bought and had to throw away red seedless grapes. I spent like $6.68 on these grapes on Wednesday and today is Friday morning and they are covered in spores in white mold patches.

Shaws in windham is my go to for grocery shopping. The rewards program is excellent. I used the drive up and go option today and the gentleman that brought my order out I believe his name is Brad was very polite and was out to my car promptly. He loaded the groceries into the trunk of my car very well. Used heavier bags as a barrier to prevent things from rolling around.

Shaws in Windham has quickly become my top choice for grocery shopping. This store has an extensive selection of items that caters to all my needs. I especially appreciate their exceptional Deli section. While it may not be the most budget-friendly option, the quality and overall experience make it well worth the investment.

It's convenient if u live in Windham but u pay for that convenience$$$. Very rarely busy though So that is another plus. Also they have the best quality meats $$ Any ways I'll never go back there because last summer bought a 50$ roast that was bad when opened the same day we bought it on way to go camping for the week. So we called Shaw's spoke to someone who said they were store manager said no problem bring it back so we froze it and went back a week later and they basically said I was lying to himand refused to give me a refund. So now I'm very angry could care less about the $$ u know how hard it is to keep a roast frozen when camping. At least give me another roast. NOTHING!!! ILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!Poor employees!!! There great.

It's Merrimack's better Shaw's. Sometimes I will go here instead of the north Shaw's even though it's farther away. The staff are friendlier and more chill. With that said, it's still Shaw's. Prices are higher compared to other stores. They make you go on a scavenger hunt to get a regular price, scanning barcodes and hunting through the app and such. The selection is extremely white-bread. (It's the kind of place where staples like rice and pasta are somehow located in the "international" aisle). This should not be your main store if you have special dietary needs or just want to eat healthy. It's usually not worth the hassle, but I often end up here because Shaws has a monopoly over m-town.

Better selection of many products. Yes, prices are a little higher, but it is worth it.

Donna the "no bagger" is probably one of the rudest people I've come across at any grocery store. The minute I have all of my groceries up on the belt she looks at me and goes "I do not bag groceries" and then continues to be unhelpful and impolite the entire time. As I'm leaving the check out line, the woman at the end who noticeably is embarrassed and made it a point to be polite and bag my groceries says "sorry for her bitchiness" LOL
