Monday September 23rd 2024- The customer service lady was extremely rude. I waited at the service desk until she was done having her conversation with her coworker as she can clearly see that I was waiting. She continued to walk towards me at the desk then turned around and continued the conversation with her coworker even more. Then when she finally came to the desk, she was very rude and extremely unhelpful. And she was unaware how the rewards system works, spitting out wrong information to me as a customer.
I come to this store ALL the time. I spend a lot of money at this store, and to be treaded so poorly by the service lady, I was very disappointed.

Store is clean and pretty. Any of the grab and go food is atrocious, do not even bother trying to get anything like sandwiches, salads, hot items, or sushi. All gross.

Dear Shaws, I am begging you to bring back the good quality sushi you used to have. The Bento Express sushi is bland, flavorless, and appears to be multiple days old every time i see it. It doesn’t even have real fish in it. Please bring back the old sushi, nobody asked for this horrible downgrade. No other problems with the store, which is why I gave 2 stars. If I could give a rating to just this sushi, however, I would rate it 0 stars. It’s absolutely terrible and a waste of money.

I think that store is focused on EBT customers. Not too many of them in Windham, NH. I purchased grilled chicken.. I think it was grilled few days ago, total garbage. Bye Shaw's.

I go here often with no problem but within the past few weeks when I go to checkout, specifically later in the day (7,8,9pm) will hear a lot of loud cursing and various things. I don’t want to be “that person” but maybe hiring kids to manage the front end after 5pm is not the best idea, I’m sure people who have children would not appreciate having their kids hear all that.There are a few older teens I see often who are at the self checkout area and they do a great job and are always friendly but the ones on register, or who are supposed to be at their register don’t seem to be listening or really doing their job but specially the last time I went in (1/22), the kid who I assume was supposed to be on register (one of the others were saying “go back to your register” to him) was being a bit rude to the other employee and seemed to be giving her a hard time. He was loudly cursing and I think complaining about someone named Amy?Where are the adults?I hope that something is gonna be done for the people having to deal with this it seems unfair for them to have to babysit their coworker who is wandering around the front end and complaining instead of doing their job.

This place is nice and clean. And I like their bagels. Every Sunday, they have a bagel sale and I always stop by to grab a bag.
Some of their products are more expensive than Market Basket, but sometimes the quality is better than MB. You just have to figure out what to buy in what stores. Normally, I shop produce and bagels here.
And they have member specials at times. If you combine that with their reward system, this place is great to get your grocery.

I shop here a lot because it is close to my house. But it is very expensive. Most of the products I buy there are fine. But the one thing that is really starting to bother me is their fruit. Their fruit goes bad quickly. This has happened to me many times with grapes, cuties, heads of lettuce and cucumbers. This is the 2nd time in 8 days I have bought and had to throw away red seedless grapes. I spent like $6.68 on these grapes on Wednesday and today is Friday morning and they are covered in spores in white mold patches.
