“Was very easy to rent! I did the entire process online, which for me was super Convient having little ones at home. Also, super nice people. I had never been to the storage site before and went over after hours on a very cold night. My son and I could not get the lock on the storage door and it was a very cold night. We got in the car and I called the storage. Of course it was after hours so everyone should have been gone, so then my son and I had no clue how we were gonna the lock on. Literally like a minute late I got a call saying that they seen me calling and that they were supposed to have already been gone but still took the time to come out and help show us how to get our lock on. And thank god for him because there was a trick to doing it and we were FREEZING!”
