I am very pleased with the service department at Nault’s Powersports in Windham, New Hampshire. I have a 2021 Honda Goldwing, which required periodic service. The staff there has been just great. Everyone from John, the Service Manager, to Mike, and Samantha have been extremely helpful. The work on my bike was done with care, and scheduled as soon as possible, based on their schedule. They all showed good concern for the satisfaction of their customers and have been a knowledgeable resource to answers questions I have had. I am pleased to continue dealing with them for my future needs.

I wish I could give this place more then 5 stars!!!!Absolutely amazing staff!! They were very accommodating, patient and kind. Definitely ask for Caleb! He was phenomenal!! Spent so much time helping me get my bike squared away and answering all of my questions. He was also very informative and super friendly.Tyler was also great in helping me get all the payments and everything I need to take my new bike home. All the paperwork was easy to understand and quick. He was not pushy at all and very patient. Can't say enough good things about this place! The place it's self might not look like much on the outside but believe me on the inside it is beautiful and big. Best shop out of all of the ones I have visited!I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know! I will definitely later down the road be buying me second bike here!Thank you Nault's!! You all are amazingThe bike I bought was a beautiful KLX 140rlMy cat gives the bike 5 stars as well. I walked into showroom and was warmly greeted as I eyed my bike. I knew it was the bike and the dealership. Expert staff. I bought the bike and it was delivered to my doorstep 2 days later. I could not be more pleased. Thank you to the Nault’s team.

So first off, totally last minute and impulsive purchase! I’m a very impatient person and everyone at Naults was incredibly accommodating. The entire process, start to finish, was done on a Monday, the process from the first email, to driving home with my new machine taking about 7 hours total. Couldn’t have asked for a more seamless, smooth, friendly experience when purchasing my new bike, from the first email I sent, to having them help me load this bike in the back of my truck! Mike was super informative through email helping me take the first steps to bringing home my new bike, he talked me through the process clearly and efficiently. Richard walked me around the showroom and gave me tons of great info on new models, and helped explain the buying process a little more. His great attitude went a long way, I felt right at home walking in the door. Marissa was super friendly, aiding the overall process, and of course, taking the obligatory “gotcha” pic! And finally a big thanks to Tyler with financing for putting the icing on the cake and finalizing the sale! Everybody was so happy to be there and it’s no question why. My next purchase will definitely be coming off their showroom floor!

My family and I have purchased a side by side, a 4 wheeler and a pontoon from Kurt and his team at Naults. They are hands down the best company around. We have a jets ski that we didn't buy from them and they have done nothing but help us over and over.I legit cannot speak highly enough about this company.Will never buy anything from any other company.

Absolutely great staff; patient, professional and knowledgeable. Service crew are consistently dependable, they have made sure to keep me updated regarding my bike's service status, if/when they had to include additional time or order parts they made sure I was aware beforehand, better yet as a rookie rider there were times I wasn't sure if I was making simple human errors or if the bike needed some adjustments or something, needless to say a brief stop at their shop(s) and Ive found any staff member would be willing to give me a minute of their time. Regarding their products, great selection at the store, even better when you look online at each branch/location's inventory it is clear "whether it's got wheels or a lot of attitude, they've got it at Nault's!" ?

They lie to your face for shipping and assembly fees. I'm fairly certain that Kawasaki isn't charging them 2x shipping, and if it's taking their service people 3x the time to assemble as other dealers I don't think I'd feel safe on their bikes as that's a sign of really poor mechanics. I checked every other local kawasaki dealer and fees were 1/3-1/2 the fees here. $4999 monthly special is really less than 80% of the price to buy. Do yourself and your customer a favor and advertise the actual cost. Because $4999 and $6267 are a long way from each other...... That's prior to PAPERWORK AND TITLE FEES! You lost a sale and customer for good with this practice. Not to mention the woman who spoke with us acted like we weren't worthy customers questioning such a high markup from advertised price. Long time naults Manchester customer that's not likely to be looking there again after THIS EXPERIENCE. Naults you need to clean up your act and gets some customer centric people on the floor. I've purchase new, used, and many parts and accessories from your Manchester location over the years. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Purchased a Ryker here. "Tip top shape, ran it through the garage and changed filters and fluids. Ran it through inspection" blah blahOk let me break down my experience as a whole:1. Paid 11 k for a "mint" 2020 Ryker Rally2. Go in and it's missing the locking key and side bag key, whatever, they said they'd pay to replace it. So my bad, but annoying.3. Drive down the road, almost get on the highway, tank is on empty.4. Check the filters when I get home, completely dirty (the CVT filter AND air filter).5. Changed the oil because I had a slow leak and the gaskets needing to be replaced. I really didn't trust that they had changed out the oil like they said after everything. It did have a can am oil filter in it. Can am filter was dated at 2019 the year the bike was likely put together (2020 Ryker). Can't prove it, but wouldn't doubt it if it wasn't changed.6. Oil pan secondary plug was stripped out. I had to replace the oil pan.Cool. Thanks Naults. My first experience buying a motorcycle.The good:Despite the bad, it's only fair to outline anything good that happened. The financing was good. They actually hooked me up with a half way decent loan.

Covid was the best thing that ever happened to these guys. Fees, fees and more fees. Premium prices, and its still not enough, They tell you they make no profit on their vehicles and these fees are all they have or the salesman cant pay their bills. I loved this dealership years ago and now they want to Covid crunch to never end. MSRP + Freight + Prep + Documentation fee. Taking advantage of customers. Never again for me.

We can't speak highly enough about Mike in the service department. We brought in our 2022 KX250X and our 2023 KFX90 and Mike and the entire service department did a fantastic job. We highly recommend Nault's for all your motorsports needs and services.

Great location, great selection, and an almost perfect staff. Straight up honesty with no wool pulled over your eyes. Caleb was wonderful, Lori(?) the floor manager was great, and Scott the finance director was as solid as they come. If there was any issue, it would be that the parts department was a bit rude because we were there after close, but it's but a small blemish on an otherwise perfect location. Highly recommend.
