“Bay State Pod Rental is great--they scared up a unit for me almost immediately when I needed storage during major interior home renovations. The unit they delivered was immaculately clean, easy to step in and out of, and the door was easy to operate, with a nice big latch to put a heavy padlock on. And they let me rent longer when I wasn't quite able to clear the pod at the end of my initial month. Next summer my renovations will continue through the last remaining spaces and I will do business with Bay State again if it involves storage--which I imagine it will.”

“This was by FAR the best moving experience I’ve had (and I’ve done a LOT of moving and tried many different options, some resulting in horror stories). From the first phone call inquiring to picking up our containers post-move, this process was incredible. Every UPack employee was super helpful, friendly, and professional. I called leading up to making my reservation multiple times with a number of questions and everyone I spoke to was kind and happy to help. The employees who delivered and picked up the containers were so nice and did a great job. Our stuff arrived on time and honestly this process went smoother than I could have possibly imagined. This company goes above and beyond to make what can be a really stressful experience a breeze. Oh and they’re pricing? Compared to other similar container moving companies, I was shocked at how good their prices are. It almost seemed to good to be true but this was one of those rare instances where it was just true. “I see that others have written poor reviews, but our experience with ABC Moving and Storage (Hudson/Leominster MA) was entirely positive. We were quoted a competitive price by David (our salesperson) and ended up coming in at a slightly lower price when all was said and done. Moving occurred on-time and was handled efficiently. Delivery was on-time, and we are particularly grateful to Regina in the office and Kevin (our driver), who worked with us to arrange a convenient delivery time when we were faced with an unexpected family emergency. It feels a bit unsettling when a crew of guys start moving all your belongings into a huge truck, and it might have helped if someone had spent a few extra minutes talking with us about the process at the start of our moving day. But honestly, these guys knew what they were doing! The entire crew worked hard. Nothing was damaged or lost. Everyone was polite. All in all, we received excellent service on both ends.”
