The pharmacist went above and beyond by helping us understand what we needed for our newly diagnosed fathers type 2 diabetes. She called the doctor, confirmed the meds and prescription , even the ones that were missing from his medication list and even hand wrote some notes for him on what the doctor said. She also helped us to save a little money with store brand items as opposed to others we had picked up. She was amazing! - It was the Windham NH location. I believe her name was Diana, per the clerk I called at the store today. She is truly an asset to the store !

My doctor called in my prescription at 10 am today and they told him it would be ready in 30 min. Now 3 hours later I'm here and they are saying it's going to be a few more hours! She said its because a few staff called out....then why didn't you say that. Its really snowy and the roads are bad, I wouldn't have left and risked it if they would have had the decency not to lie.

I've never waited so long for a prescription in my life. Not just once, but every single time (once a month for over a year). Although staff is friendly, the wait times make a short task to the pharmacy a 30+ minute task.

I go at least once a week. Great staff who provide useful health information. Strong focus on customer service. Use the rewards card to get the most out of shopping at CVS.
