I recently bought the 2017 Lexus RC350 F Sport from Bruce. The listing was exactly what we had seen during the visits. The listed price is straight forward and the purchase process was seamless with Bruce and his daughter assistants (title and loan paperwork's). Bruce also helped us after the purchase to get the state inspection that the mechanic shop missed done.
It was pleasure to work with great man to acquire a first car for my college-bound daughter. Especially, viewing his amazing collection of cars.

Never been so belittled in my life by this man. Don’t buy a vehicle from Bruce Richardson, he will make you feel like a peon. He does not negotiate, and raised the sticker price when we left to talk about the purchase. My first review must have gotten deleted, as I’m sure many others have. Look out for yourself, you will 100% regret it!

I recently purchased a 2016 infiniti QX 50 from Richardson auto for my daughters first vehicle.The no pressure atmosphere was fantastic. Richardson auto has a small lot of quality cars and what a saw advertised on the website was what I got.The owner worked with me on the price and made the experience just that much better.I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a no pressure quality used car purchase

Today marks three weeks since I bought my 2014 Silverado from Bruce H Richardson Auto Sales. I'm writing this review to say that I'm very pleased with the truck and how it drives and runs. I almost pasted up this great truck because of a review that was given! But I looked at the comment that was given in response to it and that's what changed my mind. Words to remember there's two sides to each circumstance. A thanks to Shari! May you and your fathers business be blessed with may more years of success.

Bruce, beyond furious with you. My husband just bought that Ram truck from you two days ago. Apparently it was your personal vechicle which is why I am positive you knew the axle was junk. To have someone pull up next to you while driving to tell you your tire is wobbling to the point it looks like its about to fall off. Your resonse is that it must be the tread? Im confused, how do you have an auto buisness when you clearly know Nothing! You eneded up with a fanstastic audi. You were so quick to respond by pointing out the burned out headlight and a light being on. This was pointed out to you when you decided you wanted the car and was factored into the deal you made. We did not have that option. You already had an excuse in mind for when this issue came up. Does that help you sleep at night? How about we get our Car back, you get yours and we all go our seperate ways...Holly

I recently bought a 2011 BMW from Shari at Richardson's Auto Sales. After test driving the car with no issues and deciding to purchase it I went to the bank to take out the money while she brought the car to get an inspection sticker. After signing the paperwork and starting the vehicle I noticed the check engine light was on. I got Sherry and she brought out a code scanner to see what was going on. After seeing that the codes were timing related I told her that I would not be driving the vehicle and she was immediately apologetic and offered to bring the car to her mechanic the next morning at no cost to me. I thanked her and after her mechanic could not diagnose the issue she had it brought to the dealership for further diagnostic testing. Once the problem was discovered she had the car towed back to her mechanic to complete the work which involved disassembly of the valve cover and replacement of the offending parts. Although the process took almost a week to get the car fixed, she covered the cost of the repair 100% and ensured that the vehicle was entirely good to go before I went back to pick it up. I was very pleased with her service and willingness to remedy the situation with no argument or issues. I understand that when buying a used vehicle sometimes things go wrong at unfortunate times, I have no doubt that's what happened here. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anybody searching for a used car.

Doing a deal with Bruce was one of the best deals, I have ever done. I am glad I found this company, No BS just lets make a deal and he and his family will do all they can to get that deal done. I will be back. I would recomend these guys only if you want a nice clean used car and a fair deal.

Love this place , family owned business run by father and daughter. Tons of nice cars, BMWS, Suvs.You can tell Richard and his daughter enjoy what they do, it's was good to have a business owner / salesperson treat you like an actual human.

I bought a 2008 BMW from Richardson Auto Sales about 4+ years back...This car is a DIAMOND, still runs like brand new, still beautiful! I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car. My son just Finally got his license at 21! He had so many friends that drove, and still do, drive him everywhere he needs or wants to go. As soon as he got his license, I let him take the car out...since I originally bought it for him. I can't get him out of it, he's in love, which if you're a car lover like me, you know that truly happens. So, I'll be back within the next couple of weeks for MYSELF! Which is nice! Thankful for such an honest, really great salesman/owner. Thank you for the best car I've ever bought in my life, and that's a lot of cars, including brand new. I shopped around and drove a LOT of trucks.I have never had better service and bought a better used Truck like this in my LIFE.I can't say enough about this family, father and daughter team.Let face it,selling cars is a tough business.You can not please all of the people all of the time.It's all a risk,It's a risk for them when they buy their vehicles, and it's a risk for the buyer.YOU HAVE TO DO YOUR RESEARCH!You can not expect them to do it all.What you can expect is good and fair service ,and what I got was awesome service,and Sheri was great! I can't thank them enough for the wonderful Truck they sold me.It's a 2011 but it seems and drives like it's right out of the factory.
I liked this place.The others weren't awful,but this place was professional, personable and right.Thanks again Bruce H Richardson Auto sales !!! PS...give your mechanic a raise.:)

Best decision I made was taking a 2 Hour Dr. North from southern Rhode Island to pick this car up. I test drove cars at dealerships that we’re not half as nice as this thing with twice as many miles asking twice the price. Next time you want a car I promise it’s worth the drive. . Richardson auto sales closes at 5 PM I did not get out of work until 430 he sat there waiting for me to show up staying two hours after business hours to accommodate me. Bruce Has gained a customer for life, thank you for your hospitality and your straight to the point honesty. My 2006 BMW 750 LI is like no other.

Just browse through this company's inventory and you will shortly find out that everything is overpriced. I had sent an e-mail about an overpriced vehicle that I saw on-line and I would be willing to come look at it, however, I would not even consider the price that was on the tag for reasons that it was too large. Instead, he just came back and insulted me immediately. I would never buy a vehicle from this company and I have never even step foot on the lot. You can tell why they have such negative reviews.

I had an excellent engagement with Richardson Auto Sales, having worked with both Bruce and Sheri. Their lot is clean, and very low pressure / low intensity. Among their modest selection of used vehicles, they were all of good quality, cleaned and well maintained. My purchase was smooth, and without issue.
