I've been using all purpose storage for over a year now and it came time to upgrade to a larger unit. I started the process online and hit one point where as an existing customer I wasn't sure what to do. In a matter of seconds my phone rang because their system flagged that I was having an issue and there was a real live human customer service rep ready to help me. (Let me reiterate, they called me to offer help! I didn't have to call a tech line and get routed through 20 minutes of automated menus, a human being called me ready and happy to help - on a weekend no less) Cy was super helpful and had me ready to go in minutes. Can't be any happier!!

#1 easy access plenty of room to drive up unload & drive away #2 my unit was very clean floor, walls, no dirt anywhere no cob webs in corners grounds were also clean. Staff was very polite easy to talk to & when we set up the pass code to have access to the area it didn't work so we called they said they hadn't had time to enter it into system yet gave us another one gate opened they said give us 24 hours to get yours entered use the one we gave you until then. I would recommend their storage area to anyone?

Outstanding service. I was able to quickly get signed in by a very friendly person over the phone. The unit and location was very convenient. Great experience all around.

Although it was a convenient location, we had problems with rodents. I was storing sentimental items that belong to my granddaughter, and had to throw a few items in the trash because they were covered in maggots from dead mice inside the unit. Boxes were taped shut, but the mice chewed right through them. These items can not be replaced as they are no longer available for purchase. Very sad.

This was the WORST company that I have done business with. They bought the units in Bernardston Ma a few months ago. I was already renting 2 units from the prior owns for 4 years. As soon as this company took it over, I had nothing but major problems. They increased the rent an extra $75 a month and charged a monthly fee for mandatory renters insurance. So when I gave my 10 day notice to quit, I provided pictures and a video of the cleaned unit and removed lock. They never processed it regardless of the many times over a month I told them. Today, they still said they have nothing. Ridiculous. They locked my unit without notice and made me pay two months rent even though I was already moved out and provided ample notice. Yet I was still charged an additional month on both units. I will never do business with the company. Horrible experience to say the least.

Best customer service I've ever had in a long time! We got behind due to an auto pay issue they worked with us to get back on track and remove the lock on our unit within 2 hours of payment! She was absolutely amazing and completely understanding with the situation! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Route 10 Self Storage provided me with excellent customer service. I wasn't sure the size of unit I needed and kept going back and forth. They were very patient with me until I made my decision. That was sometime ago. I've been very happy storing my items at this facility. It's safe and secure, always clean, and the staff are always friendly each and every time I see them. I would recommend Route 10 Self Storage to anyone needing some extra space. I have also used another facility, Self Storage of Keene, managed by the same people and had a great experience there as well.

Easy to get to off the highway and they have larger units available to store in.
