Decent people. Anna was punctual and pleasant. We got a deal done quickly. However there were missed communication opportunities between myself (buyer) and the seller through Anna, regarding timing of inspections, and purchase of chickens after a deal was agreed upon. My wife and I felt alienated well before everything was finalized. Still recommend R.H. Thackston, but cant stress enough to keep lines of communication open. It turns out the seller got rid of the chickens because it wasnt communicated to the seller that we would keep them, when we had been asked multiple times if we would, and responded numerous times that we would. Little things like attention to detail go a long way.
