Called about a plastic shuttle shift handle. Only the assembly is available @ $300+ . For a piece of plastic. While I'm not slamming Gary's, his "Mahindra" guy has thin skin and can't handle a customer politely telling him how bad the product is and why I don't buy it. Rudely hung up. If I had to guess he's an under 40y.o. millennial. That only knows what the parts book reads and us never wrong. Here's a picture of the part. Is it worth $300+ ?. Garbage import equipment.

Ordered parts I was told it would take 7 days for the parts to come in waited almost 3 weeks call to inquire where parts were was told they could not find the part and would have to reorder it requested that they have it shipped at their expense sooner as that I had waited for 3 weeks when I went in to pick up the part I was informed that I would have to pay for shipping when I refused to pay for shipping they called me a bad customer I'm curious on what a good customer is and I'm curious when did the customer's always right stop being important to the owner of the business will never do business with these people again worst customer service on the planet

I have worked with a lot of different equipment dealerships across many different brands. No one cares about the customer service side of the business it’s just all about the sales, but NOT at Garys!Gary’s power equipment is a LARGE step above any other dealership. A real honest breath of fresh air. After owning our Mahindra for years now and dealing with Gary’s since 2016 they have been my go to for anything tractor related regardless of brand and color of the paint.They have fantastic customer service and support. The kind of support you need when you’re under a machine on a job site and need to get a job done.They always seem to have what I need on the shelf when most places have to order it.Great people and good productsFantastic integrityAbove all they are always a help

Had my tractor in for 25 hour service after it tipped over. From start to finish the customer service and phone calls were flawless. A+ knowledgable and friendly staff. Everything they promised they did. On time and under budget. I will return. They picked up my tractor in Colrain and returned it for a reasonable price. Thanks! A+ Highly reccomend.
